We are really impressed with the excellent support provided by the shop team. They offer a wide variety of furniture to choose from, making the selection process much easier. We brought sofa, dining table with chairs, dinning room mirror and wall hanging framed photo. A special mention to Sue, who was incredibly supportive and gave honest, helpful advice while we were selecting our furniture. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable. We truly appreciated her assistance and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality furniture and great customer service.

I can’t thank Mandy enough for her help. I had lost a bracket needed to fix my wardrobe door, and although I didn’t even buy the wardrobe from this shop (it was from Wayfair), Mandy still went completely above and beyond to help me. She contacted manufacturers, searched for the correct part, and managed to find exactly what I needed. Because of my work hours I couldn’t get to the shop during opening times, so she even arranged to ship it to me. She didn’t charge me anything extra and honestly gained nothing from helping - she simply wanted to help solve the problem. Thanks to Mandy, I’ve avoided having to buy a whole new wardrobe and she has genuinely made my life so much easier. Customer service like this is so rare nowadays. I’ll definitely be visiting the store in future. Thank you so much, Mandy - I really appreciate everything you did!

Visited today 14/3. The shop was was lovely clean and inviting, fabulous range of furniture, beds and even beautiful gifts for Mothers Day. Met with Sue (fabulous) member of staff , very knowledgeable and patient Looked and tried numerous beds, kept going back to the same one, in the end purchased 2 beds, even better 10% off. Sue advised it would take approx 5 weeks, I would recieve an e-mail and telephone call, the delivery includes setting the beds up and removing all debris. That's what you call customer service. Thank you
