I found Hallmark purely by chance and once I discovered they did the exact same colour I was wanting to match with my bathroom, it became a no brainer to go with them which turned out to be the best decision I could have made. From the onset I made it clear it would be a long time before making a final decision and there would be long periods of no contact and frequent changes of mind. It turned out that this was not a problem with them and they upheld their part of the bargain. I have no doubt I must have been a nuisance but was always assured on the contrary. I requested several meetings with them during the following year and was afforded the time to do so on every occasion. Lawrence was very helpful and friendly and suggested many ideas, some accepted and some not. There was no insistence of pushing to accept his idea but when a problem area was identified, workarounds were also devised. He truly worked with me to give me what I wanted. Hallmark made life easier by sourcing some white goods for me when I was realising the difficulty finding what I needed. There were no restrictions to what I could or couldn’t have with them, unlike many other companies where it’s all or nothing. Additionally, they were able to deal with companies I’d sourced that they perhaps hadn’t used before thus both these aspects made life very simple and hassle free so I could obtain the kitchen I really wanted. You really couldn’t want for a better service from a kitchen company. Hallmark recommended a fitter which I accepted, again this made life easy as it took away the hassle to source one but that could not have turned out better as his ethic and workmanship was what you’d always want from a tradesman especially when decisions had to be made a long the way and he didn’t take it upon himself to make that decision. Two problems occurred towards the end of the process. The supplied fridge failed to work from the start once plugged in. There was no argument for a replacement to be arranged. Again a relief as a battle normally ensues. The second was made apparent after the event when I discovered that the manufacturer’s quality checking actually worked as they had discovered some damage to the product before despatch and rectified it before sending it out, unlike other manufacturers who would send it out and wait for a complaint to arrive. It made such a wonderful change for an easy journey. In summary, Hallmark provide a top quality product, hassle free support and advice along with a customer service that is second to none and which should be the standard to which all manufacturers and suppliers adhere to. This is a company which others should look up to.

We cannot recommend Hallmark Kitchen Designs highly enough. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen and the whole experience from start to finish. From the biggest decisions right through to the smallest details, nothing was ever too much trouble. There were redesigns, rewrites and lots of discussions, including going back to the original design because we realised we loved it best! Throughout the whole process, we always felt that our wishes were at the centre of every decision. What really stood out was that Lawrence didn’t just listen to what we said, he truly understood what we were trying to achieve. Lawrence’s suggestions and expertise took our ideas and made them even better, adding thoughtful touches and improvements that we would never have considered ourselves. The attention to detail, patience, creativity and genuine care made the whole process such a positive experience. Celebrity Kitchen Installation If there were such a thing as a celebrity concierge service for kitchen design and installation, Hallmark Kitchens would be it. The journey began at their Parley studio, which is a destination in itself. The warm, homely setting perfectly showcases the difference that thoughtful design, quality materials and expert craftsmanship can make. Working with Lawrence was creative, collaborative and genuinely fun. He listened carefully to our needs, respected our budget and introduced innovative design ideas that transformed our thinking about the space. In particular, the pull-out bar and roller-shutter tambour door have revolutionised both the aesthetics and practicality of our kitchen. He also managed to incorporate a last minute request for a porthole! Remarkably, the final design came in at less than a quote we had received from a competitor. Before installation began, we had a detailed consultation with Chris, who immediately inspired confidence. He set up a WhatsApp group so that, in the weeks leading up to the project, we built genuine rapport and, most importantly, trust. His project management was exemplary. We received a detailed schedule of works, precise timings for any disruption, and clear communication throughout, allowing us to plan around the work with confidence. Given the scale of the project, we were astonished by how minimally invasive the installation felt. Coordinating deliveries, electricians, plumbers and fitters can often be the most stressful aspect of a kitchen renovation, but Chris seamlessly took ownership of everything. The burden simply never fell on us. At the end of each day, the site was left spotlessly clean, with tools and appliances positioned thoughtfully so we could continue our day-to-day lives with minimal inconvenience. Living in a top-floor apartment, we were particularly concerned about disturbing our neighbours. However, several residents in the building commented on how polite, considerate and respectful Chris and the installation team were throughout. Lawrence and Chris are the dream team. Together they deliver a product and service that far exceed Hallmark Kitchens' brand promise. From the first design conversation to the final installation, the entire experience felt like travelling first class—professional, attentive and with nothing ever seeming too much trouble. We couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend Hallmark Kitchens without hesitation.

From the word go, and right throughout the process, Abbey offered a superior personal service and excellent design skills. She tailored a design of a stunning kitchen that suited our needs and preferences and included innovative ideas. Abbey was an excellent communicator throughout the process. We are now extremely pleased to be enjoying a beautiful, very high quality and functional kitchen. Our kitchen/dining room is a long and narrow space, with an awkward separation but Lawrence at Hallmark Kitchen Designs has done an amazing job of fitting in absolutely everything that we wanted. From a larder cupboard, Quooker and a washing machine, to plenty of worktop space and cupboards that extend all the way up to the ceiling, it’s perfectly tailored to our lives. Though I have to say, the stand-out feature is the media centre, which perfectly compliments the beautifully crafted kitchen units. Throughout the process Lawrence has been able to interpet our ideas and deliver them through detailed plans and visual representations. This bespoke, high quality level of service continued throughout the design and installation process, which in my view sets Hallmark Kitchens apart from their high street competitors. We knew what we wanted and Lawrence went out of his way to achieve this stunning design. We love it!

Selecting a new kitchen can be quite daunting as there’s so much detail to consider and our fit out needed to work around the remodelling of our house so timings and budget were also key considerations for us. When we visited Hallmark we felt like a weight had been taken off our shoulders as you immediately get a sense of quality when you step through the door of their showroom and from the outset Lawrence was very helpful and professional, guiding us through the options and quickly providing us with excellent drawings and a detailed build schedule . The build went really well and communication between us , Hallmark and the various contractors ensured everything went to plan. Inevitably there’s going an element of snagging to attend to (eg incorrect parts delivered) but Hallmark were immediately on the case and re-ordered whatever parts needed replacing without question. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Hallmark Kitchens to family, friends or anyone who’s considering a new kitchen .
