SO Kitchens & Bathrooms the home of Nolte Bournemouth

From initial contact through project requirements / design / scope, delivery, execution, snagging to final completion, Kutchenhaus Bournemouth have proven to be responsive, attentive & knowledgeable from start to finish. Project was a significant replacement kitchen & utility room with works extending to electrics, plumbing, kitchen cabinetry & worksurfaces. I have no hesitation is recommending the team at Kutchenhaus Bournemouth – thank you Halee, Olivia & Tim.

We had a fantastic experience with Kutchenhaus Westbourne from start to finish. The team were always available to answer any questions, making the whole process seamless. It was clear their priority was creating the right kitchen for us, not just making a sale. The result is a high‑quality kitchen that we’re really pleased with. Thank you to everyone at KH Bournemouth who was involved, I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a fantastic experience with Kutchenhaus Bournemouth. We made enquiries after we had almost decided on a kitchen at another kitchen provider. As soon as we walked into the showroom in Westbourne. Bournemouth we were greeted warmly and were wowed by the kitchen designs and appliances kindly shown to us by Olivia. Olivia knew the products well and could answer any questions. Halee listened to our wishes and was swift to create a design which realised our dream kitchen. As part of this process she also did a home visit to fully understand our vision which involved knocking a few walls down. The ordering process through to delivery and after sales care was outstanding.

We are really pleased with our kitchen that Sean O. and the fitters from Kutchenhaus Bournemouth helped us design and install. In particular we appreciated the patience in listening to and responding to all of our questions and ideas and the attention to detail to make sure the vision would become a reality.

First class kitchen with first class service . From the moment we walked into the showroom until after the kitchen was fitted the service and aftercare was faultless Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Halee designed our kitchen, several times as we changed our mind a lot, sorry Halee. We knew exactly what we wanted and Halee delivered. She was patient and helpful and we love the kitchen she created. We had been to other suppliers, but no one came close to Kutchenhaus. If you want an affordable, quality kitchen designed by creative, professional, friendly people who also provide excellent aftercare then Kutchenhaus is for you. Big thanks to Halee, Olivia and Claire.

Kutchenhaus - Bournemouth It's with pleasure that I leave a 5* rating. I'm so pleased with my new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend the company to others - in fact, I already have done, several times! I was looking for a stainless steel finish for my renovation. Quirky? Yes. Commonplace? No. In fact only Kutchenhaus and Ikea offer such a style within my budget. It was a no brainer to buy from Kutchenhaus. Whilst Claire assisted me in the initial choices of hardware and quartz it was Jim Price who ultimately led the design process. Of course, I had my ideas and requirements but Jim brought it all to life. His patience and professionalism was outstanding. He always had the answers to my questions and solutions to my concerns. Jim was superb in organising around other elements of my property renovation and provided valuable advice on the appliances. When it came to the actual installation, Andy also did a fantastic job. In relation to the actual fixtures and fittings, I have been impressed by the quality and innovation, e.g. the metallic tambour unit, the matching drawer style door to the dishwasher. The local company used to install the quartz were equally professional. It looks lovely. Finally, aftersales assistance from Olivia has quite literally been "top drawer"! Thanks to all involved for making my plans and ideas a reality.

What a great experience, From the design to the Installation everything went very smoothly. The sales team were very professional and helpful and kept us informed of the progress from day one. Haylee designed the kitchen to our requirements and helped with some great ideas that really enhanced the final product. Tim the installation engineer was fantastic and did a brilliant job. We were very confident the installation would meet our exacting expectations in our absence. After looking at several kitchen providers we found the quality of the Kitchenhaus outshines them all (as you would expect from German craftsmanship) and we weren't disappointed. Halee was very sympathetic and understanding when we kept changing installation dates due to building project delays and we are very thankful for her help. We would like to thank everyone from Kitchenhaus for a fantastic service
