Gliderobes Ltd

We visited the Gliderobes showroom after researching them online, and we’re so glad we did. The showroom was beautifully laid out, and the staff were genuinely welcoming, friendly, and helpful with all our questions. We dealt with Carl, who was incredibly informative and guided us through the design process using their computer system. He helped bring our ideas to life without ever making us feel pressured or pushed into a purchase. Once home, we were able to log in to our designs, make further tweaks, and even ended up adding another wardrobe. When we were happy, we contacted Carl again, and he double‑checked everything before arranging a home survey. Mark got in touch to book the survey and even called on the day to ask if he could come slightly earlier, which suited us perfectly. He talked us through the whole process from start to finish, and our design was finalised. A few days before installation, we received an email with delivery details. Mark arrived before the delivery, and Brian assisted him with sorting the items. Mark got started straight away, laying down dust sheets and being very considerate about our carpets, even though we told him he didn’t need to worry about his shoes. Despite the hot weather, he worked tirelessly and professionally, always happy to show us the progress. He worked right through to the end of the day, leaving everything clean and tidy for the next morning. The following day, he continued with the same dedication, again keeping us updated and making sure everything was perfect. We are absolutely thrilled with every inch of the wardrobes. Mark’s workmanship is outstanding — he’s a true gentleman with a work ethic you don’t often see nowadays. When he finished, everything was spotless. We’re over the moon that we chose Gliderobes, and even more delighted that Mark was our fitter.

We had Gliderobes to do our wardrobes. Excellent service from start to finish. Great product at reasonable prices. Fitting perfect no mess. Customer service excellent. Would recommend!

Great furniture and service. A few months ago we got a made to measure fitted sliding wardrobe, 2 bed side tables and chest of draws, they are still looking just as good and the sliding door still slides the same. The guy that fitted the wardrobe finished it in 1 day and it looks perfect. We went to the show room twice to decide on colours and change the design and there was no pressure to go ahead with the order, he wanted us to be happy and do it in our own time. We are very happy with the quality of furniture that we are now looking at another quote for another made to measure wardrobe in another room.

So happy with my beautiful bedroom furniture fitted today. A excellent job, from ordering, measuring and fitting by all the team. Craig did great job, and was very clean and tidy with his work. Happy customer 😊

Fantastic service and quality throughout the process, couldn't be happier with the finished products and can't praise the people I dealt with enough, from initial quote to final sale to delivery to fitting, a credit to the company and only complimented more by the the product!

Great experience from start to finish, very helpful in the showroom, speedy fitting from confirmation and clean and tidy fitting, resulting in a very happy customer, thank you, 100% recommend and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Excellent hinged wardrobes. Ordered for 2 bedrooms, and although the website configurator doesn't support this, their designer can create one based on the sliding variant. It may be a bit more expensive than alternatives, but you get told the delivery dates immediately by the website, and it also includes a fitting service, which was essential. The fitter, Mark, has done an excellent job. Even though the walls and ceilings were not straight he has carefully measured everything prior to manufacturing, and worked hard for 3 days to assemble, cut and fit the wardrobes. The end result looks like the wardrobe was part of the wall all along: it is a perfect fit.
