Glenfield Kitchens

Purchased my First House in Bagworth, Coalville having moved from Parents in Glenfield. They have used Glenfield kitchens twice in the past and recommended them. The old kitchen hadn’t been well looked after internally so decided I’d like to make it my own. I also wanted to maximise the space. I visited the shop and spoke with the lady there. Mark came out, measured up and provided great drawings and a decent design to my requirements. Brad installed the Kitchen back in January, and despite Snow, the kitchen was done in just over a week. A small issue with a drawer not fitting properly was quickly resolved and since installing Glenfield kitchens have checked everything is great. Great Neff appliances including a dishwasher, oven and hob were supplied and installed, and they also fitted my existing fridge freezer and new (already purchased) washing machine too. They kept the existing floor and patched it where needed to create seamless design which was good. They also replaced the sockets with steel ones at my request during the install and the spotlights in the ceiling were also installed by them too. I have to say it’s a great job. Really enjoying it! We had our original kitchen fitted by Glenfield some 30 years ago and we’re happy to say that they have lost none of their care, pride, and professionalism. Our new kitchen is superb. The team at Glenfield are very nice and helpful people to work with - from the guys (and girls) in the showroom to Lewis and Tom who fitted our kitchen. Recently had a new kitchen installed by this company. From visiting the showroom & placing order, communication before installation was excellent. The installation itself carried out by fist class tradesmen, leaving us with a finish we had hoped for. Thanks to all involved in the project, delighted with the finish, & would definitely recommend.

Called in for some advise. Even though it was clear they wouldn't be getting a sale from me the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Great showroom and would definitely return and use for a kitchen.

Glenfield Kitchens have done work for us on a number of occasions over the last 25 years, so we had no hesitation in asking Paul and the team to create our new kitchen. Paul listened to what we wanted, made suggestions or offered alternatives when we asked for them, and was never pushy. Once work started we could see how much planning had been done, with everything arriving when it was needed. Steve was just great; he has such a “can do” attitude; nothing seemed to be a problem for him, and he was ably supported by Lewis. We were informed what was going to be done each day so we always knew what to expect. The work was completed within the forecast timescale and everything was left clean and tidy. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and appearance of the end result.

We have just had our bedrooms and a utility room in our new house fitted out by Glenfield Kitchens. This is the third time that we have used Glenfield Kitchens and we aren't disappointed. The end result is amazing. The design stage was brilliant. Paul discussed with us the options that were available and gave us lots of time to think about what we wanted. He was brilliantly helpful and supportive as we changed our minds a few times! The fitting was simply amazing. Steve did a great job and worked around us and our need to keep the rooms in use, which made his job much more difficult. He couldn't have been more helpful or attentive to detail. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and cannot recommend this firm highly enough. If you need kitchens or bedrooms fitted, you won't be disappointed if you use Glenfield Kitchens.
