Glasgow Granite Fitters

Glasgow Granite Fitters is a stone specialist based in Glasgow that installs granite, quartz, and marble worktops. The company has installed hundreds of granite and quartz kitchen work surfaces across Scotland. It offers brands such as Silestone, Santamargherita, Zodiaq, Technistone, Cimstone, and Consentino. Granite kitchen counter tops and vanity tops are guaranteed for 5-10 years. The company buys, supplies, and fits granite, marble, and quartz directly, with no middlemen. Quotes are based on drawings supplied and requested. The company does not price match or offer huge discounts.

It serves the whole of Scotland as well as many parts of Northern England, including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee, Paisley, East Kilbride, Livingston, Cumbernauld, Hamilton, Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, Ayr, Perth, Kilmarnock, Inverness, Greenock, Coatbridge, Glenrothes, Airdrie, Falkirk, Stirling, Irvine, Rutherglen, Dumfries, Motherwell, Wishaw, Clydebank, Bearsden, Cambuslang, Newton Mearns, Bishopbriggs, Musselburgh, Arbroath, Polmont, Elgin, Renfrew, Bellshill, Alloa, Blantyre, Dumbarton, Kirkintilloch, Clarkston, Bathgate, Stenhousemuir, Peterhead, Barrhead, Grangemouth, St Andrews, Killwinning, Giffnock, Viewpark, Buckhaven, Penicuik, and Johnstone. The company never charges any up front fees; payment is made for template and then upon satisfactory completion.

Craftsmanship and dependability emerge as the dominant themes across customer accounts of this Glasgow stone specialist. Tradespeople and homeowners alike describe John as a knowledgeable craftsman who takes time over awkward templates, cutting quartz, granite and Silestone surfaces to millimetre accuracy around uneven corners and difficult layouts. A recurring point is that quotations hold steady even when a job demands more labour than anticipated, and that existing worktops are removed and refitted cleanly when kitchens are reconfigured. Communication before and after installation is repeatedly praised, with templating, fabrication and final fitting handled by the same team.

David is named alongside John for stonework described as precise and durable, including matching upstands and splashbacks. Repeat business features prominently: one kitchen installer has relied on the company for over a decade, while another customer returned for a second property. Reviews also mention problem-solving around slipped surfaces and worktop swaps, with hobs and undermounted sinks set exactly where required. Tidiness on completion and fair pricing come up often, alongside a friendly, unhurried approach that leaves finished surfaces looking as if they had always been part of the room.
