Dekrastone

We would highly recommend Dekrastone! From our first visit to the showroom through to the final fitting, the team and service could not have been better or more efficient. A special mention goes to Lyndsay in the showroom, who was incredibly patient and took the time to guide us through all the available options. She showed us the fantastic range of worktops on offer, kept us updated throughout the process, and ensured everything ran smoothly from order through to arranging the fitting appointment. Another special mention goes to Michael, who carried out both the measuring and fitting. Not only is he exceptionally skilled at what he does, but he also brought plenty of banter along with him, which we absolutely loved! We genuinely couldn't fault the experience. High-quality products, excellent workmanship and professional, friendly service from start to finish. We're absolutely delighted with our new worktop and would not hesitate to recommend Dekrastone to others.

We recently had our kitchen renovated and spent a long time deciding what we wanted for our worktops. We visited several local quartz suppliers and also ordered samples from a few national companies, but from our very first visit to Dekrastone, we knew we were in good hands. Lyndsay took the time to talk us through all of our options and really listened to what we wanted from our worktops. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional, making the whole process feel relaxed and completely pressure-free. Once we'd made our decision, everything ran smoothly. From the gentleman who came to complete the template to the two fitters who installed the worktops, everyone was friendly, professional and clearly took pride in their work. Their attention to detail and expertise really stood out. There was a two-week wait between templating and fitting, but we expected this when choosing quartz and were well prepared for it. The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful. The installation is flawless, and although we have one join, it has been finished so perfectly that it's barely noticeable. We couldn't be happier with the result and would 100% recommend Dekrastone to anyone looking for high-quality quartz worktops and excellent customer service.

Can’t recommend Dekrastone enough! From selection to fitting, the whole experience was seamless. The team are friendly, helpful & highly skilled - the attention to detail is second to none. So delighted with the finished result!

Chose Dekrastone for new worktops in my kitchen. Upon visiting the showroom it was immediately clear that they knew what they were talking about and could advise me on a stone that would suit my kitchen design and overall look. On delivery the team were fantastic and took the time to get the installation perfect, the joins and finish are first class. From initial consultation to finish they have been professional, friendly and always leave a tidy work space. I was so pleased with the whole process I then went back and used them for stone around my fireplace. Love the end look and everyone that comes in comments on it :) Would highly recommend a visit to the showroom so you can see for yourself ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic service! The sales staff are friendly and genuine. Always keen to help out and answer any questions, and they were very patient with us, as we'd been delayed by nearly a year. Well today our work surfaces have been fitted and they look excellent! Michael, the templater and fitter was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Today he was joined by Andreas, and they've both been efficient and excellent. They were helped initially by two others who shared the burden of getting the cut Dekton surface up to the second floor. Great work, great team! Did I say I was happy?

The service and craftsmanship we received from Dekrastone were outstanding from start to finish. From the sales team to the templating and installation specialists, every member of staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Having visited several worktop companies during our search, Dekrastone truly stood out for their exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. Their pricing was extremely competitive, and the attention to detail throughout the entire process was second to none. What impressed us most was the effort the team made to ensure our worktops were fitted before the arrival of our baby. We were working to a very tight deadline, and their flexibility and genuine care made a huge difference. I can’t recommend Dekrastone highly enough. The quality of their work and their outstanding customer service exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

We are absolutely delighted with our worktops from Dekrastone. Our renovation project has been delayed repeatedly due to poor workmanship from builders, making it an incredibly stressful experience. Throughout it all, Dekrastone have been patient, professional and understanding. Unfortunately, building work had to be rectified after the initial template, meaning we needed a second templating visit. Dekrastone were very flexible and accommodating despite the ongoing delays and changes. There was a slight issue with one of the upstands during fitting, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The quality of the finished work is excellent, with superb edges and almost invisible joins. Pricing was competitive, but this renovation has taught us that quality workmanship and good customer service are worth paying for. Dekrastone delivered both and have been one of the best companies we've dealt with throughout this project. Thank you to the full team. Highly recommended.
