The owner is unprofessional. Delivered a mattress and started hitting on my partner and offering friends with benefits. Very creepy behaviour and disgusting.
Ordered a bed from there last week, was told it was supposed to be delivered today 14/05/26. Rang the shop and was told it’ll be here between 2pm and 5pm. It’s now 5:05pm the shop is closed, wasn’t answering the phone and still no bed. Update : Bed came at 17:20- no update to ETA but at least was delivered. Thank you
Very helpful friendly good quality furniture
Well, so. I have bought a nice sofa bed from this shop. Im happy with it and got a good deal out of it. I asked for a warranty in case something happens to it as the sofa bed was not in a great condition when I bought it (storage was broken inside and part of the bed was a bit wonky). I didn’t mind it as I liked the look of it and got a good deal. Got 3 months warranty and then I decided few days after that I would like to call him and ask him for a deal I would like to buy. I called twice and no answer so I wrote a message but it turned out he has blocked me. He thought I called to ask about the warranty so he blocked me. I know he blocked me because when I call the number doesn’t exist but when I call from other numbers he calls back not knowing who it is. He was nice and helpful. However, if you think you will get a warranty or any contact with him after he gives you warranty, don’t get fooled.
Ordered a corner sofa bed which we viewed in store. Delivered as agreed promptly one week later. Absolutely delighted with our purchase! Stylish, comfy and very good value.
I'm so happy with the durable furniture bought from you last week. Your delivery team is so professional, they delivered and assembled bed, sofa and wardrobe carefully, with scratching my wall even through the narrow parts. Thank you very much for your sincerity and kindness. Your products have good quality and price is affordable. Your customer care service is excellent. I'm happy to do business with you, and would strongly recommend this to anyone looking at buying furnitures. Many thanks, Faith.
