City Bathrooms & Kitchens - Renovation Superstore

Very happy with my bathroom renovations having old bath removed and walk-in shower installed with sink/toilet unit replacing old ones makes such a difference. Michael & Bob are excellent installers carrying out the work quickly and professionally.

City Bathrooms & Kitchens went above and beyond to help us achieve our dream kitchen and bathroom. Its difficult choosing a brand new kitchen but on our first meeting with Jamie we knew we had made the right choice. He gave us lots of ideas support and guidance and spent time researching specific items we had requested. Being able to walk around the showroom with many varied displays was also a big plus. Nothing was too much trouble and after a few meetings he presented us with a vision of the perfect kitchen & bathroom. Then to the intstallation by the 'A' Team Steve and Sam. What gems! Their work is meticulous and their attention to detail is exemplary in achieving perfection on every level. They created that vision! The whole experience was stress free and customer service first class. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending CB & K as a first choice every time. Ian & Trish

Excellent total bathroom renovation From sales, design, supply and aftercare services extremely pleased with work completed. Very professional everything tidy each day of work is completed. Highly recommend this Company Thank You

What a brilliant experience from start to finish dealing with City Bathrooms and Kitchens. Firstly, the sales team with Tom were fantastic. He spent over an hour with myself asking what I was looking for with my new bathroom and took great care and interest in what I was after and guiding me through everything as a first time buyer who has never dealt with a big project like a whole bathroom refit. The showroom is superb with so many different options and was never pressured or rushed into choosing something or to hurry around. It was a really great experience. The team then explained clearly when I could expect the fitting to start and even managed to get me in early which was massively appreciated. The lady on the front desk was also so welcoming and helpful. I was then fortunate to have Leigh as my fitter who came round before the job and answered my questions and explained further the job. As I wasn’t yet moved in I was able to leave Leigh with the key and he was great on providing me updates along the way and the final result I am delighted with. It is everything I asked for and more. Even the after care team sent me a gift set when the job was completed. I have already recommended City bathrooms and kitchens to friends and family and would use them again in a Heartbeat. Thanks so much all. Andrew Mee

I would definitely recommend City Bathrooms & Kitchens, I recently had a complete bathroom refurb changing from a bath to a walk in shower. I had waited 29 years to have a new bathroom and it was like a dream come true, watching my vision come to life. Neil & Tommy were my fitters and they worked non stop and always left everything tidy at the end of each day. Their workmanship was the best and they were just really nice guys and a pleasure to have in our home. Tom initially came out to measure up and invited us to the showroom to choose everything that we wanted and we had a great rapport with him also and he was really helpful. Thank you City Bathrooms, i've already recommended you to my next door neighbours, they love my bathroom too and they will be getting in touch with you soon for a quote! :)

Having just had the finishing touches completed on our new kitchen, I’d like to congratulate CB&K on their excellent customer service and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the staff when we visited the showroom on several occasions. They kept us informed throughout the process from start to finish. A very special ‘huge thank you’ to the superb fitters, Steve Nicholls and his son Sam. 👏👏👏👏Their work ethic was exemplary and they worked long days, often til gone 8pm to complete various stages of the project. They always cleaned and tidied the kitchen at the end of each day, which made such a difference. Can’t praise you and thank you all enough. We are delighted with our kitchen. Thank you all - keep up the fab work!👍👏🥂😉

City Bathrooms & Kitchens have just finished installing our beautiful new kitchen diner . From start to finish, the service and guidance we received was undoubtedly the very best . Chris was great at putting our plans together, and Mark managed the installation seamlessly . The two fitters , Steve and Sam , together with the floor fitters , did such a wonderful job for us too . Steve and Sam both worked constantly, and accurately, all throughout the project. We are both so very pleased with the outcome, and would highly recommend these members of staff , and the company as a whole . If anyone is considering a new kitchen, go and view their beautiful , abundant displays in the showroom , and don’t hesitate to book their services. Thankyou to you all , Bev and Michael
