I had a really frustrating experience with this furniture shop and feel I should warn others. I purchased a couch from them, and it was already broken before I even had the chance to use it. When I reached out to return it, they refused to accept it back. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I would need to pay more money to resolve the issue. This is completely unacceptable. Selling damaged items and then refusing proper returns feels dishonest and exploitative. Customers deserve better treatment than this. This has been one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had. Not even a year in and the furniture is literally falling apart. The quality is shocking, the fitting was done carelessly, and it’s obvious there was zero professionalism involved. What makes it even worse is the customer service. We’ve called over and over, and the manager refuses to take any responsibility—just excuses and blame. Instead of fixing the problem, he acted like it was somehow our fault. Completely ridiculous. We paid good money for something that should last, and instead we’re stuck with broken furniture and rude service. This company has been a total disappointment. I would never recommend them to anyone. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

I recently purchased a corner sofa set from Attic Beds & Home Furnishings, and Im so happy with my experience. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and the design looks even better in person. The team also handled the delivery and assembly, which were fast, professional and completely hassle-free. Overall, great customer service and great products - highly recommended!

Absolutely Disgraceful Service – Avoid at All Costs I ordered a mattress from this shop over 10 days ago and have been messed around ever since. I was given a delivery timeframe which has now come and gone, with no proper updates or accountability. To make matters worse, when I called to follow up, I spoke to someone named Imi — and the way he spoke to me was absolutely disgusting. I was simply referring to what he himself had previously told me about the delivery, and instead of helping, he rudely cut me off, said he was “too busy to talk” and that he’d hang up because unlike him, we’re just sitting at home. Excuse me? This is how you speak to paying customers? After taking their money and failing to deliver what was promised? The level of arrogance, unprofessionalism, and complete lack of respect is shocking. I am now pursuing a refund and will be reporting this business to Trading Standards for their behaviour and failure to fulfil their obligations. If you’re thinking of buying from here — don’t. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere that values its customers and treats them with basic human decency.

This Attic Beds & Home Furnishings shop is the worse experience I’ve ever had. I bought 2 beds from them with mattress and they send both bed frames are broken condition and one mattress is small in size. When I called them they was just trying to explain so many things. Then when I went to the shop again to show the measurements I took the video and pictures, still they don’t want to except their fault, they was keep on explaining. Then they said they don’t have the mattress in stock to exchange. I asked the refund also they want the money to collect the mattress back the faulty one. When I said no I’am not gonna pay any more money as I paid everything. Then the guy was in the shop name Immy he said he will call security to kick me out of the shop. And I am a women and he was misbehaving with me. I was just shocked. I spend lots of money in there shop and they behave so bad. They are keep on asking money for refund. There fault, they gave me wrong mattress and bed and also they behave very bad. I believe that they are doing that with many people. They are the trappers. I recommend do not go to this shop by mistake.

So bad, so bad, So bad. I have nothing to say. I am just feeling sad why i went that shop to buy the bed from them. They gave ths broken frame and small mattress of two bed. They dwant to refund or exchange. They are asking more money after i paid full amount. They put me in the trapped.so disappointed!!!
