ALICE QUARTZ & GRANITES LTD.

Had my quartz worktop done by Alice quartz, absolutely stunning worktops struggled to choose one! Fitters came out and measured right away and fitted our worktop very quickly. Fantastic job and involved us throughout the whole process and did everything exactly how we wanted. Very happy customer :)

We just had the work done, work top & splashback fitted by Alice Quartz .They did a good job , in two days.We would reccomend them , Mr Ismail & his staff. Thank you.

A 5 star experience. I am more than happy with the quartz worktop and sink. They transform the kitchen. I wish I'd used the company for more areas. They are efficient and very helpful, even with matching up colours. I would recommend them to anyone

I selected this company on the basis of ostensibly positive reviews and finding the product sought; however, my experience was profoundly disappointing and fell well below any reasonable standard of professional service. Fitting was scheduled on a morning to carry out measurements but company cancelled with only 15 minutes’ notice. The justification offered was that their fitter had returned home late the previous evening and had therefore decided to take the morning off, proposing instead a vague alternative of later that afternoon or the following morning. This last-minute cancellation, coupled with such a casual rationale, demonstrated a striking lack of regard for a customer’s time. I had already taken time away from work. Given the now-ambiguous timeframe, I explicitly requested to be kept informed of updated timings and was assured that I would be. No such communication materialised. I was forced to chase the company myself the following day, only to be met with complete silence. As of today, four working days later, there has been no response whatsoever — no call, message, or email — not even the basic courtesy of an acknowledgment. While the company may present a façade of positive reviews along with what is clearly AI- generated follow-up responses, I can only relay my own factual experience, which reflects an alarming degree of disorganisation, indifference, and unprofessionalism. This conduct caused significant and entirely avoidable disruption to both my work and personal commitments. Such a lax attitude toward communication and accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against risking their time; the inconvenience and opportunity cost incurred are simply not worth it. My advice is to spend a little more with a genuinely reputable and reliable company — one that demonstrates integrity, honours its commitments, and respects its customers.

Highly recommend Alice quartz, from start to finish they have been faultless. Ismail and his team were friendly, polite and professional. 3 days from templating to fitting as promised. Workmanship was exemplary and exceeded our expectations. Absolutely brilliant company.

I had an outstanding experience with Alice Quartz! The service was exceptional from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The granite I received was absolutely perfect—high-quality, beautifully crafted, and exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. Highly recommend Alice Quartz to friends & family.

We are really happy with the service from Ismail and his team. We wanted to upgrade our granite worktops and the finished job exceeded our expectations. The service from start to finish was superb. Thoroughly recommend.
