Really appreciated the approach and service provided by Francesca and the team in designing the kitchen. Everything was well planned and explained. Harry and his team did a fantastic job in installing the kitchen and laying the floor too - can’t recommend them enough.

We worked with The Kitchen Store in Spring 2026 for a full design and installation. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free and we felt in safe hands throughout. We're delighted with the result and would definitely recommend. Thanks particularly for Kevin for the expert design, Gabby for help with the operations and Will for doing such a great job with the fit.

What can we say......The Kitchen Store team in Brighton&Hove have been absolutely brilliant. From our initial consultation with Kevin to the final install with Gabby & Harry the process has been seamless. This was a new kitchen for our new house as part of a major renovation project. We already had architectural plans to use as a base but as Kevin was extremely knowledgable his help & advice was invaluable. He partnered with us throughout the project to ensure we had the kitchen of our dreams. We are delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend TKS A massive thank you to the whole team who were involved.

I cannot recommend The Kitchen Store highly enough. It was a big investment for us but we don't have any regrets choosing to go with them. Kevin came up with a design we would never have thought of that has completely transformed the space. We chose to go with the fitters / project managers recommended by The Kitchen Store and they too were amazing. The whole team were a delight to work with.

We walked into The Kitchen Store and imagined it would be great for ideas but not within our budget. However! We were delighted we took the time to visit. We not only received some great ideas, we also realised that in fact we could have a beautifully crafted kitchen with some extra special features within our budget. The options and attention to detail were in a different league to other more mainstream places we had been considering. On top of that the personal, professional and friendly service was exceptional, from the guys in the shop right through to the kitchen fitter and the final sign off. Very happy customers!

I am extremely happy to recommend the team at the Kitchen Store in the highest terms. We met with Kevin who designed our kitchen. Having also sought the advice of another 5 kitchen companies along the way, Kevin was the only one who really understood what we were trying to do from the first instance. He and the team provided great insight and extremely valuable advice and suggestions throughout the process. He also put up with the various questions, ideas, redesign requests and iterations we had in order to adapt to the build in process. His help and expertise was invaluable in the design and ensured the finished kitchen was not only exactly as we had envisaged but was eminently more practical and functional. The entire team were in constant communication throughout the build and after to ensure everything is working and to our satisfaction. All at the Kitchen Store went out of their way to make the process entirely smooth and successful. Special thanks also to Gabby for her help and advice in the later stages of the design and build and in ensuring we completed on time. We approached two leading Kitchen installation company's and ultimately decided to go with the Kitchen Store, as we felt Kevin, the kitchen designer, understood what we were seeking and was best able to deliver. We were glad we chose Kevin as he just "got it" and made some excellent recommendations. Kevin was down to earth and helpful throughout the process and "listened" to us throughout (which was something the other company we approached failed to do). Our fitter was Richard who we were impressed by. He was clearly very capable and so respectful of our home. Again, he listened to us, made suggestions and explained the installation as it progressed, always welcoming questions and asking us to feel comfortable in doing so. Customer support was first class throughout with Gabby, keeping in touch and informing us of any changes to the installation etc. A new kitchen installation is always going to be stressful so tempering this by using a quality company is, in our opinion, so important and we are glad we chose the Kitchen Store. Unfortunately, we experienced a number of issues with some of the kitchen furniture which had been released by the manufacturer, Sigma 3, post it's build and quality control inspection, which was disappointing. Ultimately these issues were rectified thanks to the Kitchen Store. A big "thank you" to Kevin, Richard and Gabby and we would highly recommend the Kitchen Store to anyone else thinking of a new kitchen installation.
