Parker Bathrooms & Kitchens

I chose Parkers as I really wanted to use a local independent business. Upon visiting the showroom, I found Jack to be very helpful. We discussed the design for the bathroom and, together, we came up with a great design which I was happy to proceed with. For this I paid a design fee that would have contributed towards our purchase. Unfortunately, since then, emails and messages have not been responded to and he didn't show up for an appointment that we had made to finalise the details - never before have I experienced such poor communication and been ghosted by a company! Suffice to say, we will be looking elsewhere, and if you are considering using Parkers - DO NOT PAY THE DESIGN FEE.

Parker Bathrooms and Kitchens could not have been more helpful! Doria who helped us had amazing design ideas for our bathroom and helped us find all the right products, some of which needed to be pretty specific because its a tiny space. They were super flexible about making changes to the design and also offered a refund for something we didn't end up using without us even having to ask! Overall we are so happy we went to Parker (and Doria in particular) and could not be happier with our new bathroom! Massive recommend :-)

We worked with Parker Bathrooms on the renovation of our tiny cottage in Brighton. Their service was excellent, all the way from the initial discussions, through design and delivery. Highly recommended!

Key point to note is that I now have a fabulous new kitchen and en-suite that make me very happy whenever I'm in either of them. Design work by Abi was great and the ability to flex to budget very helpful. All of the components turned up and fitted/worked. Two things could have been better: explaining the process upfront (installation separate/not managed directly by Parkers although they do have relationships with a team of installers) and I got a very odd phonecall from a quite grumpy warehouse manager complaining that it had all turned up at once and could I take delivery early. Errr, no. And couldn't quite see how it was a surprise. Other than those bits, all great.

Called from Greece to order a shower head to be delivered to UK to take out the the Caribbean !!!! Abbey was a pleasure to talk with and super friendly x Shower head arrived perfectly on time and also Abbey chased up with e-mail to check all good. Could not have been any better ! Will deffo use them again xx Biff :)

The quality of the materials supplied was excellent, as were the bathroom designer's suggestions. Delivery was prompt, and when we discovered that the loo seat had been left off the original order, she dealt with it in an exemplary way - giving us both a 20% discount on the missing item and getting it to us within a couple of days of the installation of the cloakroom. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service from Jack and his team at Parker bathrooms. A step by step redesign of my small bathroom balancing budget and wish list with practical advice on what is achievable despite limited space. My bathroom, fixtures and fittings are a delight and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Nothing was too much trouble, everything ordered exactly as stated and no stone left unturned to result in a smooth and straightforward installation build. Perfect.
