Rome Stones - Quartz, Granite & Marble Worktops London

I recently purchased my kitchen worktops from Rome Stones, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The kitchen worktops absolutely make the overall kitchen appearance come together. From the very beginning, Farman, the owner, was outstanding. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered expert advice on choosing a worktop that would complement my kitchen units and flooring perfectly. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision, which I really appreciated. The price was very competitive, and the whole process was handled professionally from start to finish. The fitters who came to measure up were efficient, highly professional, and also provided expert advice and practical suggestions to ensure the finished worktops looked their best. Farman kept me updated throughout the entire process, so I always knew the status of my order. What impressed me most was the turnaround time. Once the slabs arrived from the supplier, Rome Stones managed to cut and install the worktops within just one week. The quality of the workmanship and the level of customer service were excellent. Even after the worktops had been installed, there were a few minor things that I wanted rectified. Farman didn't make any issue of it at all and arranged for the fitters to come back promptly to address everything. That level of aftercare and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out and gave me complete confidence that they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Farman and the team, for such a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend Rome Stones to anyone looking for high-quality worktops, competitive pricing, expert advice, outstanding customer service, and excellent after-sales support.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rome Stones to anyone looking for premium-quality stone products and first-class service. A truly fantastic company to work with. Thank you for an amazing job!

Thanks to the team for another outstanding install. Perfect cut, fit and looks stunning. I appreciate the way you looked after my mother's worktop too. I recommend these guys 100%. Conrad

We ordered a bathroom worktop with splashback which is absolutely stunning. From first meeting Faro, his help and service couldn’t have been better. Faro is one of the most helpful and friendly people we could hope to have met. Five stars thoroughly deserved, although I would have given more if I could. Thank you!!!

I couldn’t have wished for a more wonderful experience from all at Romestones. From the moment I spoke to them on the phone, they made me feel like my request was completely possible and proceeded to make it happen within 72 hours. Special shout out to Ali and Howraz who were so kind and patient. If I ever need anymore worktops, I know where I’ll be coming! Great service, and great quality. Thank you so so much, Emily
