What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Craftsmanship and swift turnaround are the themes that surface most often, with quartz, marble, granite and Dekton surfaces all appearing in accounts of completed work. Reviewers value a process that runs smoothly from survey through to installation, and the unhurried guidance given while materials were being chosen earns consistent mention. Drini is named for overseeing a team that fitted Dekton countertops across a kitchen alongside separate bar and coffee zones, a substantial project delivered on schedule and carried out briskly.

Communication comes up frequently, with technicians, suppliers and designers credited for keeping customers in the loop, and the owner is described as especially generous with practical suggestions that had not occurred to buyers. Cleanliness and efficiency during fitting recur, as does the courteous attitude of the fitters. Several accounts note keen pricing on quartz surfaces, and one project progressed from survey to completion within four days. Finished surfaces are described as striking and well made, while the service as a whole is characterised as professional throughout, with design knowledge and a readiness to exceed expectations both acknowledged in Surbiton.
