Planet Granite came as a recomendation when we were looking for worktops for our new kitchen some time ago and we were absolutely delighted with both quality and the service we received. Recently when it came to building our new outdoor kitchen they were the obvious choice so we contacted Steve immediately. Again we have received great advice help and service from the whole team and at a great price! The fitters went out of their way to accomadate our requirements and were professional, polite and very tidy. We are absolutely thrilled with both installations and we would not hesitate to recommend Planet Granite. We will definately use them for any future projects. Chris Ellwood

I found planet granite just by luck. They are amazing and so friendly. I have not ever needed to buy off cuts from them but great quality service. Would highly recommend.

What a shambles this company is ! ordered on the 21st April, I asked for Taj Mahal polished granite. paid deposit. Templating was done on the 4th May, again I said I want granite, no problem, he said. Russ, the man that took my order said he will send out some samples as they do so many finishes in Taj, including leather look. I said I just want polished granite. No problem. I had no calls from them and no date for install so I rang them on the 22nd May , to ask for the fitting date, I will call you back in half an hour, I was told. NO call came of course. but I did get e mail on the 23rd May, confirming the date, 4th June. Great, I thought. 1st June, I had e mail asking for the balance to be paid in order for the install to go ahead. Paid in full same day. (Same day as my husband had a heart attack and was admitted to hospital) I was at the hospital when I received call asking what I had ordered ???? a couple of hours later I had second call from them asking the same question. so this was on the 1st and fitting is due on the 4th ! On Wednesday 3rd, I looked on my portal and saw the installation date had been moved to the 9th. I rang the company and was told they had NOT got my order ready, I told him to cancel the order and make a full refund, I had a call back offering me £600 discount if I would accept the new date, I said no. I then had another call offering me a similar colour work and it could be installed as agreed the next day, the 4th. Late afternoon on the 4th I had a call telling me the job would be done on the 5th !!! I told them to cancel the order and refund my payment, the manager told me I cant have a refund. Despite them not providing the service I had paid for. Well low and behold the fitters turned up yesterday late evening (4th) sadly the worktops turned out to be QUARTZ, although my initial order was for GRANITE, so from ordering on the 21st April NO one bothered to tell me that you cant get TAJ Mahal in Granite. Customer service is shocking, but they will take you money fast enough. So now I am stuck with Quartz worktops that I did not want and a colour that I didn't want, the fitting dates moved from the 4th to the 9th back to the 4th, then to 5th but then back to the4th. Communication from them is very poor, customer service is very poor. So for Planet GRANITE that do not provide Granite, 0 stars. for RUSS no stars the fitters 4 stars but being so understanding whilst I went into meltdown. No recommendation's from me for this shocking abysmal service!

This morning we went to see the team at Planet Granite. We were made to feel incredibly welcome. The knowledge and professionalism they have is next level. We have come away with an order of quartz worktops which we know is going to be supplied and fitted with care. We are very excited and would recommend them to everyone.

We found Planet Granite through a post on instagram and went and saw Russ who was very welcoming and after showing our photos and colour range suggested Denali quartz, sorted a sample back in November - then we ordered in March and 2 weeks ago they came and fitted, 10 day turn round from templating, fantastic service install and quality of product. Spoke to a very professional man on the phone called Dan. He showed me examples of his work and turned my work tops around very quickly. His work tops are by far the best quality I’ve seen as I’m very big in property. His team are fast and clean. We’ll recommend

Having been let down by a well-known kitchen company, we visited Planet Granite to obtain a quotation for replacement kitchen worktops and a breakfast bar. This is where we met Steve, the Managing Director, who is clearly very passionate about his company and welcomed us to his showroom. We were given the opportunity to tour the factory, where Steve offered helpful advice on the various options available and what would best suit our kitchen. The templating, carried out by Ryan, was smooth and thorough, giving us confidence in the process from the outset. Our worktops were fitted first, followed by the breakfast bar 48 hours later due to its size and weight. Steve and his team of six fitted the breakfast bar and could not have been more accommodating, particularly Steve, who took great care to ensure there was perfect symmetry with the kitchen base units and ceramic floor tiles. The whole experience with Planet Granite has been excellent from start to finish. With what seems like endless options in colours, finishes and designs, combined with competitive pricing and exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend Planet Granite.
