I can’t thank Joe and the team at Phoenix Granite enough for coming to my rescue! We were sent the wrong bathroom worktop and our builder suggested we try them. Joe went out of his way to find me a small suitable off-cut and samples to take back to see if they would match up with our bathroom fittings. Suffice to say, in less than 24 hours I received the piece, all fully prepared, polished and a waste drilled, ready for our builder to fit. For such a small piece the standard of workmanship and the professionalism with how I was dealt with surpassed my expectations. I would thoroughly recommend Phoenix Granite for projects big and small, and especially if you need something quickly. Absolutely first class service from start to finish. I needed our granite worktop cutout enlarged to accommodate a new hob. I phoned the Company and spoke to Leah at 09:00 and within 45 mins a technician had arrived. An hour later the job had been completed with zero fuss and minimal dust. My wife and I are delighted. This is my second worktop from Phoenix Granite and I can't fault them. Leah took the time to help me pick out the perfect colour, templating was exactly when expected and delivery/ installation even quicker than expected. Installers were courteous and did a great job.
