Aberdeen customers describe a kitchen supply and design service where staff knowledge and patience stand out. Several reviewers highlight the help received in planning a new kitchen, with Lee named for her careful approach, sound advice and responsiveness once a project got under way, and Jason praised for the attention to detail brought to a new-build design. A theme running through the feedback is the depth of product knowledge among the team, who are described as professional and willing to spend time answering questions, whether a customer is finalising an existing design or buying a whole new kitchen.

Several accounts note the quality of the products, with one noting that the finish achieved was better because of the standard of what was supplied. The range extends across kitchen furniture, appliances, doors, flooring and hardware, and the advice given on these lines is consistently described as helpful. Customers also value the smooth running of projects, which they link to prompt replies during the design stage. Design support, product quality and patient, knowledgeable staff are the strengths most often recorded.
