Hammonds Fitted Wardrobes, Sliding Wardrobes, Home Office and Fitted Living Furniture

We visited the Christchurch branch. It was great to see some of the furniture designs and different options and Jane was really helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Jane was really helpful and not pushy. It is a small concession on the first floor of Cookes furniture store. We are looking for fitted bedroom wardrobes and Jane has arranged a home visit by a designer for us.

I have recently moved house and visited Hammonds for 'Idea's' I was greeted by Jane who was very helpful with talking through what Hammonds can do. She showed me different styles of fitted bedrooms and answered any questions I had. Jane was friendly and knew her job.

[Hammond wardrobe showroom Within Cookes showroom Christchurch ] I visited a Hammonds showroom within the Cooke’s showroom Christchurch Dorset and Jane from the team there was very helpful and set up a home visit for a wardrobe quote. Good selection of wardrobe ideas and beautiful shop . The shop is far bigger than it looks from the outside and well worth a visit with the vast selection of couches, tables/chairs, lamps, pictures, beds and units . The products clearly are not cheap however they are quality items that will last for a long time and look fabulous . All round great shop with helpful staff so give them a visit .

Katrina at Hammond's Christchurch spent a lot of time with us showing us various colours, styles etc and organising a design appointment and was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Popped in last Sunday to choose wardrobe colour and handles. We were greeted by Maggie, who was so helpful and friendly. She is the kind of person where nothing is too much trouble. Lovely service.

Absolutely shocking customer service absolute shocking in every single way. Waste of money id never use again, cost me nearly 1k in holiday pay and unpaid leave to meet fitters which half the time they didn't turn up with no notice. Over 12 months later and still not correct and missing parts, wardrobe not fitted straight. Just cant believe it. Just cant put into words how frustrating it's become. This review has reflection on Debbie as she is brilliant just unfortunately works for hammonds, I hope she finds a better company to work for like sharps or john lewis in the near future as she'd be a massive asset for any company.
