Furnipol

Amazing choice of functional sofas and beds... Delivered with care and on time as promised. Great service we appreciate for years and we enjoy every purchase we made

Very good service and delivery driver Radek was very helpful

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order in late November/early December and have followed up multiple times. Each time, I’m told there are no updates and that someone will contact me, which has not happened. I wouldn’t mind waiting if there were better communication and more involvement, but the lack of updates has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this company.

Quick and smooth delivery of wardrobe parts into my house. Friendly driver carrier heavy item to living room. Also checked if mirror has not been damaged in transit. Payment via card user friendly. Recommend Furnipol as company which offers well made furniture and Direct delivery. Very positive customer experience

We had an excellent delivery experience with Radek and Michal! They delivered our sofa on time, handled everything professionally, and were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the process. They made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted. Highly recommend!

Arrived on time and the guy helped bring it in, unwrap it and set it up fully including installation of the sofa legs at the bottom, amazing service

This is my second time ordering furniture from Furnipol, and once again I’m incredibly impressed! The first time, I bought a full set and was amazed by the quality and the price — their furniture is extremely affordable compared to other brands, with unique and stylish designs that really stand out. Customer service has always been fantastic, and today’s delivery was no exception. Marcin and Rafał were absolutely brilliant — they kept in touch before arrival, updated me every step of the way, and were both incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommend Furnipol if you're looking for quality furniture, great service, and unbeatable prices. Will definitely be coming back again!
