Hammonds Fitted Furniture

Left with sour taste in mouth. My partner is pregnant and was messaged around by the fitter for months. Not given specific time on date to arrive at house (which was under construction and we were not living there) so had to wait at house for hours across entire time slot for the fitter to not arrive. When fitter did arrive, the fitter first said that it couldn't happen (in response to our request wanting the fit to be as per the drawings). Then we complained again and further fudge and obfuscation for us to eventually meet the fitter again who said it can be done, but we should just do it ourselves. We were concerned this would affect the warranty so refused and ask Hammonds fitter. Refused. We have had our projects delayed and wasted considerable monies with other trades turning up on the specific days for Hammonds to not turn up (Hammonds were cork in the bottle). Would never use again.

Excellent service. Lewis was absolutely fabulous during the home visit and really helpful in the design. When we wen to the Cardiff shop, Zoe was delightful and very helpful with our enquiries. So far, we are very happy with the service and looking forward to seeing our dressing room in place.

Very grateful that the showroom is available and to Zoe for being so helpful. We were able to select a better wardrobe colour with a paper sample to take away for paint matching. We were also able to discuss an additional mirror, and receive a fabric sample for a headboard. Thank you Zoe for your calm patience and for consulting the designer on our behalf.

I visited Hammonds fitted furniture store in Cardiff today and was very impressed with all the options available to me regarding storage solutions. Thanks to Steve and Zoe who was very helpful regarding any questions I had. Will be revisiting very soon.

This is a beautiful new showroom , very pleased I visited after having a design appt for bedroom wardrobes made at my flat. To see the various styles and interior unit layouts, true colour boards, and handle options brought the lovely design to life; and helped me make my final choices. Well worth a visit. Excellent service throughout.

Popped into the Cardiff Hammonds showroom where I was shown around by Steve who was very helpful and patient regarding any questions I had, highly recommended.

Fabulous showroom and very impressed with the lovely quality of the products and extensive displays. Zoe was extremely helpful in showing me round and helping me decide the detail of the internal inserts I needed for our forthcoming wardrobe fit.
