Grays Fitted Furniture Ltd

Having recently moved to Norfolk and purchased a house with no storage, I searched for a local company that could provide me with a quality product and excellent service, which was affordable. I found Grays Fitted Furniture Ltd of Norwich. The service I received from Mike in the planning and design was fantastic with great attention to detail. The fitting and the installation team Richard and Graham was excellent. I can not recommend this company more highly they have been superb throughout.

We have just had a Kitchen designed and fitted by Grays. The whole process was really efficient. The whole team are polite, friendly, conscientious and clearly care about what they do. The bespoke nature of the work they do makes the whole process for the customer stress free and enjoyable. We cannot reccomend them highly enough.

A great solution to hall storage was supplied and installed. The work was completed to a very high standard and would highly recommend them if you are thinking of having ant work done.

Grays have been brilliant yet again. They fitted our wardrobes last year and have now put in a Media unit for us. The work they have done is top notch. Also the staff are so friendly. From Michael who did the planning again to the fitters they are a lovely bunch of guys as is the electrician and very professional. They are now refitting our downstairs bathroom too. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Mike and the whole team at Grays have been amazing, from initial contact to measuring and planning the kitchen, and (eventually, once our building work was completed) fitting the kitchen. We never felt pressured in any way and were able to pop in and recheck our choices whenever we needed to. Their patience was incredible! Mike made sure we were aware of any potential offers to enable us getting the best price available to them. The after sales service has been second to none! They have made sure we are completely happy and continue to do so. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if we ever needed any units anywhere in our home.

Grays were highly recommended to us by a friend’s sister, who had a brand new kitchen installed by this company. After 15 years, our extractor hood over our hob needed replacing. We contacted Grays and spoke to lovely gentleman called Mike. After a successful home visit, with Mikes help and guidance, we then chose a brand new Neff extractor hood. A date was arranged and then Graham came along make the installation. Graham is such a wonderful guy! He did a great job. A pleasure to have him working in our home. Very professional and highly skilled. Thank you so much to Mike and Graham for all your help and expertise. We would highly recommend to our friends and family.

I can only describe the service and support by Sarah and the team at Grays as being superb. Recommended by a friend, we found the whole experience supportive and very helpful. From design to installation, friendly staff, always willing to help and really well organised. Being without a kitchen is always going to be a challenge but the team made it bearable and stuck to their timetable as agreed at the start. We are so pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to you all!
