★★★★★ After receiving my new Nardi garden furniture last week, I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. Delivery times for furniture particularly when it’s being imported from Italy are never an exact science, and I completely understand that often delays are outside the retailer’s control. What really matters is how a company looks after its customers when things don’t go exactly to plan, and in that respect they were outstanding. The customer care was exceptional from start to finish. The team kept me updated, genuinely worked with me throughout, and were always friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt looked after. As for the furniture itself, it was absolutely worth the wait. The quality is superb beautifully made, stylish, comfortable and exactly what I’d hoped for. It has completed my garden. Although there was a slight delay, the way it was handled means I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. In fact, I’m such a happy customer that I’m just about to place a second order. Excellent products, exceptional customer service and a company that genuinely cares. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased a garden furniture set in May after being promised a 4-week delivery. The delivery date was extremely important because I knew I would be travelling for an extended summer holiday. Before placing the order, I specifically called to confirm that the delivery timeframe was realistic, and I was reassured that it was. It has now been over 6 weeks, and I haven't received a single one of the five pieces I ordered. Even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication. Nobody has contacted me to explain the delay—not a phone call, email, or update of any kind. I had to chase them myself last week, only to be told that the furniture hadn't even been dispatched from Italy. I specifically asked to be notified once it was dispatched so I could decide whether I still wanted to keep the order given my travel plans. Once again, no one bothered to contact me. Today I had to call again because I still hadn't heard anything. This time I was told the furniture has now been dispatched. It would have been nice if someone had actually informed me, as requested. To make matters worse, they are only hoping the furniture will arrive within the next two weeks, with no guarantee whatsoever. For an order worth £550, I expected far better customer service and communication. A simple "sorry" is not enough when customers are left completely in the dark and have to do all the chasing themselves. If you know there are delays, communicate them proactively instead of making customers repeatedly contact you for updates. This experience has been unprofessional from start to finish, and I would not recommend this company based on its poor customer service, lack of communication, and failure to deliver on the promised timescale.

Shocking - absolutely zero communication every time you Email, they say the same thing we have a problem with emails or your email goes into spam - They don’t reply - Items delay after delay after delay with no communication left me completely in the lurch. I sincerely hope they treat other customers better, If I could’ve given zero stars, I would’ve but you have to give one just to leave the review.

We purchased a small sofa (loveseat) from BF Home this spring. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was quite a long lead time (11 weeks), but we were told when ordering that it would be 10 to 12 weeks, so we knew to expect this. Communication regarding delivery was excellent and the delivery staff were very polite and efficient. We are very happy with the delivered product so, all in all, a very good experience. Highly recommended.

We loved the range of furniture here, you can sometimes grab some great bargains in the sale. When we had an issue after purchase I have to say the staff were very friendly and helpful and actually resolved the issue within 24hrs by speaking to their warehouse. While I can see a few others here have not had the best service, we would definitely return, thanks BF Home!

What a find, you might miss their subtle signage but what a lovely shop with beautiful furniture, great helpful staff and stunning quality furniture. Purchased a bed and cabinet ( maybe more next time)

The staff at BF couldn't have been more helpful when we visited the store to choose some bar stools. Great choice, good prices and they arrived on date and time. Thanks to all involved.
