Christian was a very helpful guide to our wardrobe purchasing experience, very personable and eager to please. Once the job was underway he helped resolve some fitting issues and ensured the job was finished to our satisfaction.

We can’t express how amazing our experience with Wren in Reading has been. From the moment we walked in to sitting with Cristian to see what our dream kitchen could look like. To then having an amazing building team complete our kitchen to exactly how we wanted it and nothing was too much trouble. This was our first new kitchen experience and would recommend the product, Cristian and the builders over and over again!! Thank you Wren, Cristian and last but not least Chris and team!

We had a fantastic experience describing honing our kitchen with Axel last year. He really listened, and came up with great solutions to help us get it exactly what we needed. We were also really happy with the price. We have had so many compliments on it, and have been recommending Wren (and particularly Axel) to everyone!

What an experience. I never knew this place existed and stepping into the warmth of wrens kitchen empire was like being back home in my parents house. Not many stores like wrens exist, it felt like an ikea but dedicated to kitchens and bathrooms. They asked me if I had a car. I do not. But its good to know they care. Mark was a lovely fella. He carried a box and offered me a brochure and a free bag. Im very pleased with it. Ill be back sooner or later Mark. When the time is right for my kitchen ill be here to discuss it! Mark my words ;) Alright jokes aside. The place is legendary the staff are awesome and if you want a proper selection and show room of present and preset designs. Wrens kitchens is the go to place

Had a fantastic experience with Cristian at the WREN Reading office. A very knowledgeable kitchen designer, although we thought we new exactly what we wanted Cristian's showed us improved designs to make the kitchen look and work better, Would definitely recommend.

Before visiting Wren, we were warned by a few other kitchen companies that Wren could be pushy and overly focused on upselling appliances. However, my partner had previously had a great experience with Wren, so we decided to give them a chance—and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we arrived at the showroom, the customer care was exceptional. We even brought our dog along, which made the whole experience more relaxed as we spent a few hours designing our kitchen. Our designer, Axel Sylvere Libois, was absolutely fantastic. He quickly understood our style and needs, and helped us design the perfect kitchen for our space, which wasn’t the largest to work with. At no point did we feel pressured into a sale or upsold unnecessarily. Axel gave honest, thoughtful advice—recommending higher-end appliances where it made sense, and suggesting more cost-effective options where appropriate. His expertise was invaluable. Now, nearly two years later, the kitchen still looks as good as new. Despite what some competitors claimed—that Wren kitchens wouldn’t last—ours has proven to be solid, durable, and beautifully made. When the kitchen was delivered, we didn’t have a large space to unpack and check everything immediately. By the time we did, we had passed the stock-checking deadline. We contacted Wren, and within a week, the small missing part was delivered—no hassle at all. We’ve recommended Wren—and especially Axel—to friends and family, and will continue to do so. If you’re looking for a new kitchen, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Axel—from Daisy, Jonny, and Ozzy the dog!

Have recently had my Wren Kitchen installed (by own tradesmen), however wanted to leave a review due to the outstanding customer service and support received from my designer, Kevin, at Wren Reading! He really listened to our thoughts, ideas, wants and needs to really help share his knowledge and give advice. Kevin was patient and understanding when there were numerous changes to see the plans and get the kitchen design to where we needed it. Really appreciated the help and were extremely happy with the completed look ❤️. Wren customer services have also been great when we’ve needed them! Will definitely think of returning should we go ahead with a new bedroom plan! :). Thanks again!
