Appalling design and installation of fitted bedroom wardrobes. Seriously regret putting my faith in Wren's design capabilities for fitted wardrobes under a sloped ceiling. They are not up to the job and rely solely on software without any human thought process whatsoever. Initial installation was amateurish and the remedial work they agreed to made it even worse. Terrible customer service on the phone to try and get a resolution, left waiting on hold for at least 30 minutes at a time, days between email responses and now refusing to take any responsibility or offer a remedial plan or replacement. Will be seeking legal advice.

Amazing experience with Wren Kitchens from start to finish. No matter how big or small the space is, their customer care and attention to detail are outstanding. A special thank you to Mas, who designed our new dining room area. We already had our kitchen fitted, but wanted to make the dining space more modern and practical and Mas absolutely smashed it. The before and after transformation is incredible. Everything arrived perfectly with no missing items, installation was straightforward, and the whole process was smooth and professional throughout. Highly recommended — genuine five-star service!

Design provided by Masum Ozbec at Nacton branch. Professional from start to finish, and came up with lots of great ideas. Not pushy at all, and can't praise him highly enough. Bought kitchen from Wren a few years ago and very happy with that, which is why we chose to look at Wren for bedroom

My review is for maz at wren kitchens in ipswich. On arrival maz was very polite and friendly. On deciding on our kitchen maz was very helpful, and let me and husband take our time. Never felt rushed at all. Happy to answer any questions we asked. Maz explained everything and overall our visit to wren was really nice. Wren are very lucky to have maz work for them. Thank you maz.

Couldn't be more disappointed with the service we have received (or not!) from Wren, Ipswich. After a helpful and competitively-priced design from a kitchen designer we decided to make the deposit, under a little pressure to secure the best deal, but in full knowledge that if we wanted to we would be able to get our deposit refunded. It turns out you can't ... almost 3 weeks later and after 3 emails to the branch manager and several calls into the branch we have still recieved no communication on this. Incredibly disappointing for a large company, I would certainly recommend avoiding them

Had reservations due to some previous bad reviews, but I was talked around by the sales representative in store and the price was competitive. Unfortunately it has disappointed, several damaged units delivered, the completely wrong fridge which I had to store for a week for them to collect, am having to go for a different fridge as now out of stock, long wait for that to be delivered. Worktop templating day and the man advised he couldn't do it as some bits weren't done in time (due to waiting for wren replacements!) Now being ignored trying to find a new date for the templating. Wren messaged the kitchen themselves but some are slightly off so I'm having to adjust myself to fit, all in all if I could go for a competitor next time and pay more I would! I feel sorry for the customer who will get the fridge I sent back as I watched the collection team throw it up to the rear of the vehicle with very little care, so it's no wonder a fair few units are damaged. Months later I am still having huge issues with damaged items, lack of service, unwillingness to take a serious complaint and they want you to essentially adjust and fix damage and poorly made units yourself.
