I ordered garden slabs last Saturday in store and confirmed that it will get delivered by Friday 11/07/26.No show when I called customer support they promised to deliver 12/07 Saturday. No mails no SMS again called Saturday to enquire a lady said she will call back after discussing with store manager .No calls again after 2 hours I called same reply from a man again waited for 2 hours another lady picked and said can be delivered on Wednesday only.No apologies no reason why they missed to deliver a cold reply it will albe attempted to deliver on Wednesday.Such a poor customer support !!! Stay away from this shop if you are looking for items delivered:(
Helpful staff, ste store seemed well stocked. Plenty of parking.
A great visit, went in needing tape, not quite sure what to look for, when I approached a young lad who was helping an elderly man with choosing the right caulk, he led me to choose gorilla tape, which proved to be sturdy, and a great choice for the project it was required for, i asked after his name and he told me he was called Connor, so I though i would leave a positive review naming him on here to let those on here know of the great staff they have there. I also wanted to leave a good review on another staff member "lyla" who was great with helping me choose the right tools for bulding a wooden bench, I really couldn't reccomend this Wickes site enough, great staff, great atmosphere, great product.
IPSWICH STORE ..... Tracey was amazing this morning. Really helpful
Rude woman called Tracey on the till today. We had to wait for her to finish her conversation with a customer she obviously knew - she was actually slagging off the young members of the staff (apparently they get above themselves once they have been promoted!). Then she snapped at my husband twice during our transaction, if she had aknowledged that she had heard him the first time instead of ignoring him he wouldn't have had to repeat himself! Rude just rude!
