Totally Kitchens

Totally Kitchens is a small, friendly, family-owned business. The owner and manager is Roger Beckwith, who has been in the kitchen industry for over 40 years. Roger Beckwith took over the in-toto Kitchens Southampton franchise in 1996. The business later rebranded as Totally Kitchens and became fully independent. Totally Kitchens is a member of KBSA, The Home Specialists Association. All British kitchens come with a full 5 Year Guarantee. Kitchens are manufactured in Germany.

Kitchens are fully fitted with a made-to-measure service. The service area covers all SO postcodes plus the New Forest and Meon Valley areas. Totally Kitchens offers German kitchen brands Brigitte and Ballerina, and British brands Richmond and JJO kitchens, specialising in Shaker kitchen style. Kitchen appliance brands offered include Miele, Neff, Siemens, Bosch, AEG, and Caple. Services include complete kitchen installation, plastering, tiling and decorating.

Southampton homeowners who have commissioned work from Totally Kitchens describe a consistently smooth experience from first enquiry through to finished installation. The recurring theme across accounts is the standard of the finished kitchen, with both cabinetry and fitting singled out as high quality. Roger, named in each account, is credited with a professional yet relaxed manner, and customers repeatedly mention his readiness to understand their requirements before any design work begins. The advice and service he provides are described as excellent, with nothing proving too much trouble.

A number of customers describe projects that ran to plan, and the bespoke nature of the kitchens is noted as a particular strength, alongside pricing felt to be reasonable for the result delivered. Communication throughout the process is another point that comes up often, with customers feeling involved in decisions and confident in the team's handling of the work. A full kitchen refurbishment was designed and fitted to a very demanding standard in one case, and the manager's personal involvement stands out as a consistent factor in customers' satisfaction with the finished result.
