Topsco

Excellent service from start to finish We’re really pleased with our quartz worktops from Topsco. They look fantastic and have completely transformed the kitchen. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, professional and well organised. There was a small hiccup with the measurements before the worktops were manufactured, but the team dealt with it quickly and professionally, rectifying the issue at no extra cost. They also went above and beyond to speed up the process and get the worktops delivered ahead of schedule, which we really appreciated as we had just welcomed our newborn. The communication throughout was great, and it was clear the team genuinely wanted to help and make sure everything was right for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Topsco to anyone looking for quality quartz worktops and excellent customer service. Great product, great service and a team that genuinely cares.

From the beginning Ollie was helpful and efficient with the choices and ordering. The whole process went well as did the installation. The worktops/upstands look amazing. All for a very good competitive price. Would absolutely recommend these guys.

TOPSCO have been great. Right from the start they helped me select the right product, plenty of sample no problem. Matt the templater was spot on and the lads fitting did a great job, cleared up and left a fantastic job. Behind all of this Ollie was spot on, extremely helpful and advice was perfect. Thanks all…great job!

Great choice of products in different price brackets. Fantastic templating with excellent attention to detail and no request was an issue. Installation was super speedy and arrived as scheduled. Overall very happy!

From my first phone call Topsco couldn’t have been more helpful, which in this modern world is becoming harder and harder to find. Courtney and Ollie really made the whole experience easy by sending me numerous samples and offering informed advice. It was all almost too easy…….a sort of ‘where’s the catch’ situation. The fitters were professional and efficient. Topsco do everything they say they will do. I’ve already recommended them to 2 people and my worktops were fitted yesterday.

Really Great experience from start to finish. Ollie at Topsco was very knowledgeable of all the stones they had in and sent pictures of most of them after explaining what it was that we wanted. Once the order was placed after a very competitive pricing, it was a very quick process and very easy. Thoroughly. Enjoyed my experience and would recommend them again.

The team at Topsco really take customer service seriously. It is refreshing to work with a business that seems to put the customer first. Every member of the team from sales to fitting was wonderful. Even when we had a small issue, they had it resolved in 2 days. I am over the moon for my new worktops and highly recommend Topsco.
