Visited the Hillington showroom, made to feel very welcome but not too pushy which we preferred to other companies we had been to previously. Had a consultation with Yvonne who we found to be really easy to deal with and very knowledgeable when it came to the design and product range also liked the fact the units are manufactured in-house We had a home visit by Gregor who would be installing the new Kitchen to double check sizes, he discussed a few minor alterations from the original plan that we appreciated the advise on. Organised a second visit with Yvonne to clarify details and order new appliances which she walked us through. The process and timelines discussed with Yvonne all went to plan and the end result we are delighted with. When it came to organising delivery of the new kitchen, uplift of the old kitchen and payment I dealt with Taylan who was also very professional. Overall a really good experience and delighted with the finished product.

Can not recommend Kitchen Depot highly enough, absolutely first class service from start to finish. Started with a visit to the showroom and Marcus helped bring our idea for our kitchen to life and it looked amazing, the fitter came it to check out dimensions and turned out we had more options than we thought as I had measured wrongly. Back to the showroom and again nothing was too much trouble for Marcus as again he helped tweek our ideas and the kitchen idea we had looked great. Ordered it and it was the installed about a month later and the fitter was top notch talked us through everything he was doing and keeping us up to date each day, took just under a week for the kitchen to be fitted including pulling the old kitchen out. The images we had from dealing with Marcus were great, however once the kitchen was installed it was out of this world, better than we thought. Thank you Kitchen Depot and again highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, I had a good look round and found out that the kitchens are all made to order, all you need is the dimensions of your kitchen and you're good to go!

We recently had our kitchen transformed by Kitchen Depot, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Jill and Martin were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the kitchen design process. Even though we changed our minds a few times, they were always accommodating and patient with our requests. The final outcome is fantastic—we absolutely love our new kitchen. We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Special thanks to Davie and his team for their outstanding work in installing the kitchen. They took care of everything while we were on holiday, and it was such a wonderful surprise to walk into our beautifully finished new kitchen. We had a great experience from start to finish, great advice and absolutely delighted with the final outcome. Would highly recommend to anyone considering or planning a kitchen replacement.

Poor Communication I ordered a new Kitchen from the Hillington showroom on the 22nd of May 2021 and this review will take you through my pain till the 16th December 2021 when it was finally completed. At the time I acknowledged that some of the construction industry was experiencing supply chain issues and an Installation date of the beginning of September was agreed with this in mind. I was told that a final survey of the property would be carried out in a matter of weeks. I was keen to have the formal survey done as I wanted the installers to do a considerable amount of work, beyond the installation of Cabinets etc.After numerous phone calls and emails to the salesperson I was dealing with and only after I suggested that I may cancel the order completely did they finally arrange the surveyor and installer to contact me. Contact was made with the installer at the end of July 21. The surveyor told me that everything as designed was ok and I therefore was confused when near the installation date the price had risen by just under £300. As it turned out the installers were able to provide all trades and its very important that people reading this review understand that the installation Team E.G. “Greg” was EXCELLENT first class workmanship and attitude to business. Late August Kitchen Deport salesperson contacted me and asked if I could push back the installation to the later part of September and I agreed to this change. The installer started work on preparing for my new kitchen on Monday the 20th Sept and the delivery of the cabinets etc was due on Tue 28th Sept. Prior to the delivery on the 28th of September, I received a call from Kitchen Depot requesting 100% of the outstanding balance. I questioned this and was told in somewhat of an indignant voice that and I quote “Mr **** you will have 100% of the goods on Tue 28th Sept so you have to pay us all of the full amount of money it took to the 16th Dec to get all the goods.Remeber she insistence that I would have all of the goods on the 28th September. During that time, I have a stack of emails and phone calls the first being on Tue the 28th of September and was told then that all outstanding issues would be resolved before the installers were scheduled to complete the job on Friday the 1st Oct. After several calls and emails, it was clear that I was getting no were and nobody within Kitchen Depot seem to have a handle the full number of issues. I then asked to speak with the owners. Getting to speak to the owner was made very difficult for me. We had a number small but very annoying issues such as about 5 attempts and sending the correct lighting. Kitchen Depot continued to make similar quality mistakes time and time again. Eventually the owner did call me He assured me that he would be overseeing this project to the end and would call me daily to keep me abreast of the progress, I never heard from him again! My main issues with this firm is poor communication, the lack of quality control e.g. sending things out of their warehouse that are very clearly damaged, the wrong colour, or are not complete, one example of this is lighting it took numerous deliveries to get this correct. . I also cancelled some of it because they said they could not supply and it took them 2 weeks to return the money to me. The sales manager (who is a Director) got involved and like the owner promised to see the project to the end. However, after a few weeks of communication, he just stopped and was passing emails etc without any discussion with me to one of his staff. This person Ms x admittedly got the project over the line but only after taking the time to come out to the house see the issues During this time the amount of wrong sizes, damaged goods, incomplete pack (wiring & lighting) was incredible for a firm that told me at the beginning of the complaint journey that the amount of errors I was experience was completely not the norm for their firm and continually apologised, however continued to make the same mistakes over and over again.

Needed two hinges for my kitchen on sunday and phoned The Kitchen Depot to see if they had a parts department. Spoke to Antony who was the most helpful person I've spoke to in a long time. Went in a couple of hours later and he already had them on his desk. Brilliant service considering we've had the kitchen for seven years. There are still good companies out there. 👍
