We were very pleased with our fitted wardrobes. Matthew was very helpful and showed us all the options. The showroom is great to be able to see cupboards on display. The chaps who fitted them did an excellent job and were very professional and respectful.

We are absolutely delighted with our recent complete kitchen refit by KBB. The whole team, from Richard initially designing the layout through to all the lads who fitted the kitchen were very professional, extremely friendly and always respectful. We were also kept well informed throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend KKB enough.The process from start to finish was easy and went very smoothly , everyday having work done, the communication between them was excellent, Richard was excellent with the design and all the little extra touches to suit our kitchen. But a massive thank you to Curtis and Tommy , who were amazing installing and putting it all together. would 100% recommend them.

From our 1st visit to the showroom to completion we were very happy with the service and communication. Our fitters were great and left the place neat and tidy when they had finished for the day. We had one hiccup and Neil even came out on a Sunday morning to sort it out! We love our new bathroom, thanks!

Already recommended KBB twice and my bathroom is only just finished! To begin, I love the fact that KBB are a local and independent business, they have an amazing showroom on Dales Rd. Correspondence has been top notch throughout. I have not had to chase anything up regarding initial design or work throughout. Richard designed the bathroom for us, listening carefully to our ideas. He offered his ideas and choices throughout and although he was the designer, had obvious experience in the understanding of bathroom fitting. Richard answered all our questions and amended the design as our plan evolved. There was no hard sale. The plans were emailed promptly so we could get a good idea of how it would look and amended as adjustments were made. We visited Richard at the showroom to make our final choices (again no pressure, was even invited back for another visit before commiting, although we didn't need to). Richard showed us lots of options both in the catalogues and on the showroom floor. A date was book and the work began! Carl and Craig did the fitting. They were very professional and polite and paid attention to detail, a high quality fit, completing the job swiftly but accurately. We decided we would like the bathroom decorated by them part way through the installation and again, this was not a problem for them. They fitted this in and Carl did a beautiful job, even though half of the bathroom was already installed. Everything ran smoothly and other KBB tradesmen (plasterers and electricians) were called in promptly when required. Again, polite and friendly, all working to a high standard, with minimal mess. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. If I had to find fault, it would be that they don't advertise their personal at home design visit well enough. This was an important factor for me. So glad we found them. Can't recommend them enough, so pleased with our new bathroom! Will definitely have them back for more work when we've saved up! Thanks Richard, Carl Craig and all at KBB!
