Stonecraft

Stonecraft replaced 3 fireplaces and gas fires to a very high standard. Their showroom provided inspirational choice. Their attention to detail on installation was excellent and they kept us updated on progress throughout the project.

Absolutely delighted with my new worktops. They are beautiful and expertly fitted. Stonecraft did everything the said they would do, exactly when they said they would. It's really heartening to see staff who take pride in their work, and their trade. From the office staff (Lucy F, Lucy and Sam) to the fitters, everyone could not have been nicer. Special shout out to Piotr who was truly professional and calm when I encountered issues with my kitchen installation (not through Stonecraft) and reassured me that everything would be ok. Would not hesitate to recommend Stonecraft to anyone. They were so respectful in my property putting down floor protection and cleaning up everything after they were done. Thank you so much for everything.

Fast and professional service at very good price. Extremely high quality workshops that look amazing in our kitchen.

We had quartz worktops fitted in November. Stonecraft were professional throughout. The quality is fantastic and they even managed to fit ahead of schedule. We are so happy with the work.

I viisited Stonecraft on 19February for an electric fireplace (estudio model) qoute. Lucy explained how they are working and she also suggested she can include the cost for the installation along with the product purchase. Though, I waited till the end of the week, I haven't receive any quote. Then, I called the Stonecraft twice. I could neither reach Lucy in my both calls nor received any quote until now. I went to another company, which they are 100times more professional than Stonecraft. Provided an estimate on the same day and placed my order. Honestly, I have a question mark how Stonecraft get these reviews. I think they are not organic. I do strongly suggest to go other suppliers and companies, if you are looking for a fireplace and decent service. Thanks. Hatice

Amazing Customer Service Stonecraft. Seamless and accommodating from start to finish! End product is wonderful.

Excellent service from start to finish. We ordered stone worktops and splashbacks for our new built. Lucy has been our assistant throughout the process and helped us organise it all within a tight time scale, Peter came for the templating and saved the day when the joiners hasn’t finished the kitchen on time. They were all absolutely brilliant, so kind supportive and helpful. Thanks to the guys who came to install it as well and waited patiently, and supported me so much when everything else was going wrong. New builds are a nightmare and Stonecraft was the most professional company we hired and the nicest to work with. Also! The most competitive price and spectacular effect. Will be back for more, table worktops and a fireplace in the near future:)
