Sharps Fitted Furniture Reading

I found Mary very helpful in the reading branch as I was not sure what I wanted and she helped me.so I went in to thank her and told her I was very pleased with my wardrobe

We called into the showroom today as we were interested in a design appointment for our dining room area. Mary was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We look forward to seeing the designers ideas.

I took the afternoon off work and waited for my appointment, 20 mins late, I called to chase, a lady said let me chase your rep for you and I will come back to you…… nothing. So with half a days holiday wasted, I emailed the head office to complain, nothing! Shocking how can you run a business like that. AVOID don’t waste your time.

Mary was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She was friendly, approachable, and really took the time to understand what I needed without being pushy. Her knowledge of the products was clear, and she explained everything in a simple, helpful way that made the whole process feel easy and stress free. I really appreciated her patience and genuine attitude, it made a big difference. I’d definitely recommend speaking with Mary if you’re considering Sharps.

Very interesting visit to the Sharps Showroom in Reading where Mary answered all our queries, discussed the many options available and assured us of her assistance going forward. We were made to feel welcome and not under any pressure. A good experience.

Mary Forster (the Manager at Reading Sharps showroom) gave us a first class service. Very friendly and very helpful in giving us information.

Upon entering Sharps I was greeted by Mary at the Reading office. I explained that I am stroke survivor. Mary made me feel comfortable. She was knowledgeable about the products and her warm approach made it easy for me express my wishes and all my queries were answered. Thank you very much Mary. I had a good experience in this store and would gladly recommend that customers visit the Reading store; You wont be disappointed. Thank you Elizabeth.
