Sharps Fitted Furniture Newcastle

This should be a zero stars absolutely awful salesman. I booked a quote for laundry storage and Bay window seat and storage. Straightaway pulled a face and said we have a £1500 spend limit. Which I was fully aware before I called them. The work I wanted was way over that amount. By then I knew he did not want to help me or sell me anything. Never ever have I received such poor customer service. Please do not waste your time, there are other better places. E.g Hammonds are way better and have excellent customer service. This experience with sharps has till this day left a bad feeling. No one should be treated the way this salesman treated me and you can tell as soon as I opened the door. He was an older man probably working for years. Absolutely appalling behaviour and I cannot support a company who thinks it’s ok to treat customers this way. It’s there loss as I went elsewhere.

Incredibly rude encounter with a member of staff (Saturday 9th of May) who shouted at me in front of my children. Sharps always have balloons decorating the a-board outside their store and my two-year-old and six-year-old asked me if they could touch the balloons and I said yes. They were very carefully touching the balloons, not pulling on them or damaging anything in any way and the member of staff working in store decided to shout at me from where she was sitting in the showroom through the shop, to the outside of the shop where we were standing. She didn’t come over to me and speak to me politely with respect. She decided to shout at me across the entire store. There was another lady with her, I wasn’t sure if this was a customer or a friend she was chatting to but either way very unprofessional and extremely rude.To be honest, it upset my children quite a bit as well. I was incredibly shocked by this rude encounter which came out of nowhere
