People planning fitted wardrobes and bedroom furniture for their homes often single out the helpfulness of staff, with Val and Laura named for the care taken in explaining the options and arranging a home visit. The showroom selection is described as large and stylish, and a common theme is that seeing the furniture in person proves more useful than judging from a brochure.

Designers are called attentive and informative, giving customers plenty to consider before ordering. The experience is not consistent, however: some accounts describe arriving for a confirmed appointment to find no one present, while others report that a design agreed with a designer was later rejected by a surveyor, leaving the plans to be revised after a deposit had been paid and a long wait endured.

Complaints also centre on the impression that smaller rooms or modest projects are not welcomed, with one customer feeling dismissed because the space was judged too small. Communication around changes to the design and the resulting price is a recurring source of frustration, as is the difficulty of resolving issues once an order has been placed, and reviewers mention the gap between what is promised in the showroom and what is delivered.
