Sainsbury & Sons

Sainsbury & Sons is a family-run business based in Aberdeen. The company has been furnishing homes for 90 years and has been run by three generations. It supplies fitted wardrobes and bedroom furniture.

Aberdeen households furnishing bedrooms, living areas and floors describe a family-run store where friendly, knowledgeable staff take time to help them reach informed decisions. Several reviewers highlight the wide selection of quality furniture, from beds and recliners to carpets and bedroom pieces, and the relaxed, unhurried way advice is given, with named members of staff such as Mr Sainsbury and Susan singled out for their attention to detail during sales. A recurring theme is the standard of fitting and delivery: carpet supplied and laid to a high standard, bedroom furniture installed carefully, and delivery teams praised for leaving everything tidy behind them.

After-sales care comes up often, including a case where a problem with carpet tiles was repaired without quibbles long after installation. Reviewers often mention prompt measure-ups at home and quick, efficient workmanship, and the value offered across the range is described as fair. The careful guidance given to an older customer choosing a supportive chair shows the same attention applied to everyday purchases as to larger orders. Staff patience and product knowledge remain the qualities most often noted.
