Roundhouse Design

We’ve had our Roundhouse kitchen for 2 years now, and I finally wanted to leave a review. It was great from start to finish — even our first meeting with two little kids running around! But what really stood out is the aftercare. Any small fix we needed was sorted quickly, and everyone who came was professional and easy to have around. The kitchen looks amazing too, and we get compliments on it all the time. Definitely recommend Roundhouse.

This kitchen is my second Roundhouse kitchen and my favourite one! Matt and the team were amazing, and if they could have been there 24 hrs a day for me I’m sure they would have. The new kitchen is quite small and I knew the appliances and look and colour I wanted and Matt was able to get it together. If there was a blip it was seen to right away. To achieve a beautiful and usable kitchen is no mean feat but we achieved it and I’m thrilled.

We were delighted with the service we received from Sam in the Wigmore showroom. The new kitchen was a key area in the renovation work we were doing on our home and as we all love cooking we knew it was important to get it right. From the moment we met Sam we felt that she really understood the brief - a practical space for cooking and entertaining that also looked beautiful and could cope with the many demands of modern multigenerational living. Now it’s been installed and we’ve been enjoying it for almost a year I can honestly say I wouldn’t change a thing. It has a definite wow factor but is also practical for multiple members of the family cooking at the same time. We spend the majority of our time in this space and absolutely love it. The process, as with all big building projects, wasn’t without challenges but Sam helped us through every stage and could always be counted on as a voice of reason! I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam, the Wigmore showroom and Roundhouse as a whole. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the end result.

A long overdue review as we’ve now been living with our Roundhouse kitchen for 2 years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roundhouse. From the initial meeting to finish the experience was entirely positive (even patiently doing our initial consult with small children running around the showroom). But what’s really been outstanding is the aftercare - any minor tweak we’ve needed has been promptly addressed and every individual that’s come to work on something has been prompt, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We’re also really pleased with the end result and receive lots of compliments about the kitchen.

We are very pleased with the design experience and quality of our Roundhouse kitchen. Sam at the Wigmore store was exceptional in her ability to grasp our needs and cater for them with the design which was incredibly customised and provided solutions for the space which other suppliers did not even consider. The end result is even better then we ever thought, beautiful and clean design, practicality, great quality and materials and the after sale team takes good care of all needs. The only small issue we had was during the installation period where we would have liked a better understanding of the different timings required and also a bit more care for the flooring in the kitchen. However, overall we are very satisfied and love our kitchen.

This is the second kitchen we have had designed by Roundhouse and we are as delighted with this one as we were with our first one 5 years ago. From the design process (by Jane the Richmond showroom), through the kitchen manufacture, project management (by Paul) and the installation and after care - the service has been excellent. Their designs combine great style with practical solutions and use and the customer service provided by everyone in the Roundhouse team has been exemplary. They go above and beyond and we would highly recommend them.

Absolutely thrilled with our new Roundhouse kitchen and the service we received. From the design phase with Dan to post-installation care, we were very impressed by the level of professionalism and expertise. Dan spent countless hours meeting with us to perfect our design, and the result is a gorgeous bespoke kitchen that is now the star of our home. After doing tonnes of research on competitors, we went with the Studio collection—it is definitely the best value out there. Thanks so much to everyone at Roundhouse for giving us our dream kitchen!
