R&J Luxury Kitchens Limited Nottingham

Small job perfectly done. Cabinet door replaced in bathroom. The replacement door was made to measure and I was not made to feel like the job was not worth the time.Jalal is great, he respected me and my home. It’s very hard now a days knowing who you can rely on to do a good job and I can 100% recommend him.

Very happy with the work. He fitted the worktop trim around my hob neatly and professionally. The finish looks clean and tidy.

We were so lucky to come across R&J Kitchens and get in touch with Jalal for a replacement of a kitchen countertop following a dishwasher installation. Our whole experience with him has been incredible, all the way from initial contact, him coming personally to look at the job, and then the completion of high quality finished work on short notice. He has been a delight to work with and the quality of work speaks for itself, even when challenges arose. It was a complex job and he was the only one willing to take it on, working last minute for us when we needed it and worked specially for us on a Sunday as we were in desperate need. There are not many companies or tradies who take the time and pride in their quality of work, so it is nice to find one who does. We will be recommending him to everyone who needs any kitchen or bespoke designs fitted, and we are extremely pleased with the results. Photos are attached - please ignore the filling and painting that needs doing above the upstand, we ordered the wrong ones and Jalal kindly adjusted all the others for us at no extra cost.

I recently had my kitchen fitted by Jalal and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. He guided me through decisions based on my budget while still helping me achieve the best value for money, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how calm, trustworthy, and reliable he was throughout the whole process. I felt completely comfortable giving him a key to my home while he worked over the 6 days he originally quoted and true to his word, he completed everything exactly within that timeframe. Jalal was always easy to communicate with, responsive to any concerns I had, and very patient with me, especially when I changed my mind midway through about the handles and some design choices. He accommodated every change with no issues at all. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and cares about delivering quality. The finished kitchen looks amazing and I’m so happy with the result. I would strongly recommend Jalal to anyone looking for someone reliable, skilled, and trustworthy, and I’ll definitely be using him again in the future. (My kitchen before and after 😍 in the pictures below! what a transformation!)

I’m absolutely thrilled with my kitchen makeover. Jamal fitted new worktops, sink, MDF tongue and groove panelling over tiles, and new shelves. The finished result is excellent, I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

Jalal was a very knowledgeable and competant kitchen fitter. He took on a complicated sink replacement of a kitchen sink bonded to the worktop that others balked at. He also re-hung a broken kitchen cupboard and suggested ways to match it with the next door cupboard. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

2026 Update: My friend Jalal has designed for me another kitchen in a new apartment, it looks modern and outstanding. I look forward to the next project. I am a property developer and I found Jalal on Checkatrade two years ago when looking for a reliable kitchen fitter. Finding reliable people can be a challenge, and keeping them is key. As you can see from his photo portfolio, he is a professional craftsman who has many years of experience in his business; he is now building my third kitchen - and flooring! When I say that 2 + 2 = 3, Jalal tells me the correct answer is 4! I would be helpless in building a kitchen myself as numbers is not my forte, so happy to have someone that can do it all for me. I would gladly recommend.
