We cannot fault the product or service we received from Plymouth Stone, very competitively priced and they templated/installed our quartz worktop on the dates agreed. Nothing too much trouble for the installers, very happy customer's.
Sorted a problem with my quartz worktop with such little hassle. The chap noticed a chip and fixed it while he was there for no additional cost. Better than 5 star service. Wouldn’t consider anyone else in future
Highly recommended Plymouth Stone. So pleased we found them. Michaela was so helpful throughout the whole process from helping us to choose some worktops for our kitchen right through to completion. We had to cancel several times due to the kitchen fit being delayed, but at no time was any pressure put on us. We chose a lovely granite and the guys who fitted it were very friendly and helpful. The price was very competitive and we are so pleased with the end result. 5 stars for Plymouth Stone and especially Michaela. Thank you.
Very good service from Michaela, who helped us choose our stone kitchen worktops. The templating was done on a Friday and the worktops were fitted the following Friday. Jon and Myles done an excellent job fitting them well pleased, it has transformed our kitchen. Thank you.
Brilliant company and very reasonably priced. They provided a quote much less than the kitchen company who we sourced the kitchen through. They stuck to their timescales, and were flexible when the project was delayed. Michaela was brilliant throughout and advised us on what would look good and suggested an appropriate worktop for our design. Nothing was too much trouble and the end result is fantastic. Installed without issue to a high standard and we are super pleased!
Really happy with the service from Michaela and the fitters who did a magnificent job. Would highly recommend.
After dealing with the nightmare that is Wren Kitchens, it was a breath of fresh air to go with Plymouth Stone, even though that meant getting the worktops outright instead of getting them IFC through Wren, it was 100% worth it. Customer service was excellent, Michaela helped us along the way, prices were competitive and we managed to go for a nicer worktop than Wren could offer for the same amount of money. Installation was top notch, Mike took his time and did not rush, taking it carefully and producing an excellent finish, a man who takes pride in his work most certainly. Really chuffed with the work, an excellent finish and it's nice to have something good to say about a company after the stress of a kitchen renovation!
