Persona Kitchens

Persona Kitchens is a Cardiff-based kitchen design and installation specialist. The company supplies all aspects of kitchens and bedroom interiors, from design to install. Services include kitchen supply and installation, bespoke wardrobes and cupboards. All works come with a 10-year product warranty and a 3-year installation warranty. The company combines over 30 years of experience and a wide range of skills. Each tradesperson employed is fully qualified in his or her chosen trade.

The company has honed its skills over the last 20+ years. Fitters regularly attend courses to keep up to date with new trends. The founder came from a site management background and previously worked with X-Stream Developments. Architects and structural engineers are available upon request, and the company can organise and work with local authority/building control. The company offers design, supply and installation, as well as design and supply only. The company uses a 3D online planner to help bring ideas to life.

A kitchen refurbishment taken on after a burst boiler and flooded ground floor is among the jobs described, and it set the tone for how this Cardiff operation is regarded. Luke is the name that recurs most, with his design work described as building layouts around what each household actually needs, so the finished room matches the plan that was agreed.

Customers writing about their orders describe the quotation as clear and the schedule realistic, then report that the fitting of cabinets, doors, panels and plinths was completed to a high standard. Where existing units had warped, replacement doors and panels were supplied and installed rather than the whole carcass being discarded, and extra cupboards in a utility area were proposed when nobody had asked for them. A bathroom was finished ahead of the expected date with apprentice Fletcher assisting, despite difficulties arising during the build.

Deliveries are said to have contained everything needed on the first attempt, sparing the hold-ups some had met with earlier suppliers. Problems uncovered once old fittings came out were answered with sensible alternatives, and a job left unfinished by another installer was picked up and restarted after fresh discussions about requirements. Further rooms in the same property have since been requested.
