The sales team followed up well; the logistics company called before delivery and was polite.

As a person who has been a customer of the company for the last eleven years plus, all I can say is Wow. Never once have I had a bad experience in the premises, the staff are very helpful and polite, and very courteous and friendly. And the delivery driver what can I say but awesome, I found over the years nothing was to much trouble for the man. I would highly recommend the premises to any person who is looking for a good quality electrical or gas product. So much so I will be going back soon for a new piece of electrical equipment I want.

Went to Paul Davies to buy a NEFF oven and hob and wasn't disappointed with the service received. They managed to provide us a discount on items that were already discounted and much cheaper than their competitors. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing customer service and a price matching offer too which we used
