Modern Living Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms & Tiles

Thank you very much for your support and assistance. I would like to confirm that I have received the replacement valve and handle. I really appreciate the prompt service and the way this warranty claim was handled. Thank you again for your excellent customer service.

Recently had a new bathroom fitted and very pleased with the result and the service from start to finish. Nick is great at providing advice and drawing up the plans, and the fitters worked constantly every day until completion. We shopped around before choosing Modern Living and found them to be the best value for money with no hidden extras, the price they quoted is the price we paid.

The team at Modern Living could not do enough for us to achieve the outcome we wanted with our bathroom. Going the extra mile by contacting the manufacturer for our specific requirements and always being very reliable and personable. Specific call out to Amreen who was amazing. My customer experience means I will be recommending Modern Living to anyone I know needing their products. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. You get to talk to real people who take the time to properly help and clearly care for their customers. The best!

Amreen provided exceptional service and demonstrated both professionalism and kindness throughout. She went above and beyond to help me secure stock that was not available on the website, which I truly appreciate. What initially seemed impossible was made possible through her dedication and assistance. The best costumer service from Amreen Regards Magdalena

Lots of variety of products, had to ask staff for help even after being in the store for a good 15/20 minutes. Staff was helpful and we made a purchase. Would recommend again for customers service and variety of products

Great job, my bathroom has completely changed its look. Nick was very kind and professional. He personally checked the work done. Thank you Nick
