We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen. From demolishing the old kitchen to completing the full renovation, including the quartz worktops, everything was finished in just four weeks. The team was professional, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process, always happy to answer questions and make adjustments where needed. They brought our vision to life exactly as we intended and even went above and beyond with ideas and finishing touches that made the end result even better than we expected. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and we’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free kitchen renovation.

I had my wardrobe fitted by Abdul Raheem. He provided excellent service from start to finish. The quality of the wardrobes speak for themselves. I would highly recommend asking for him when having your wardrobe fitted.

First off all this is a genuine review and if you closely at other 5 stars reviews they appear bogus. I was hoping that when I visited to air my complaints that at the very least they would be sympathetic. I was happy to award 3 stars at the time but now they are worthy of 1 star now. I got the feeling that the boss thought I was looking for freebies. Without hitting out at cheap shots the boss who was there at the time this was very silly of you. We was without a kitchen for nearly 4 days. They decided to bring the fitting date earlier they said it would require a further survey totalling 3 when they removed old kitchen this survey was never conducted on the specificed date because it was done on the day of removal by the boss. Wall units were hung too high even though we said we wanted them at the height of the old ones. When I instructed the fitter on the day he said they would look odd because of the housing for the boiler would not be at the same height as the rest of the units. When fitted they are at at 2 different levels. The wall units near the cooker either side were smaller than our old ones the claim by the owner was this was due to regulations this I don't know whether is fact or fiction. I went and fetched parts on 2 occasions for fitters not what I signed up for. In order to complete the sale they will would promise you the earth so potential customers please be aware of this it's a common tactic used all over. Absolute no aftersales service once they have the money in their pockets they are not interested. I know the boss reads these reviews on this occasion you have blown it. Take my word go elsewhere.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. From the initial CAD drawings through to completion, the team were quick, efficient, and very supportive, especially when design changes were needed along the way. Highly recommend Madina Kitchen for their professionalism and quality service.
