London Koncepts

Very happy with our new sink and worktop from London Koncepts. Shaf was really helpful. He gave us some great advice while we were choosing the sink and worktop. He helped organise for a builder to remove the old worktop and with the plumbing. He was responsive and kept us up-to-date throughout on timings. As we are local, he even popped in to check on the works. A great service. Thank you.

Thrilled with my London Koncepts kitchen which has the ‘WOW’ factor. I was looking for a contemporary, handless fully integrated kitchen which maximised storage space in a London flat and was impressed by the range at London Koncepts as well as the pricing. Shaf listened to my brief and created a near like for like kitchen design and was able to also include a full size, rather than slimline dishwasher. I used London Koncepts’ kitchen fitter, electrician and plumber and eventually got the kitchen I was hoping for, which has been very much admired and worth waiting for. The installation took longer than anticipated due to some surprises found when the old kitchen was stripped out, the uneven floor, an end panel being incorrectly cut and a missing part but, like all building work, it was worth it in the end! Shaf was a great communicator throughout the process, provided excellent aftercare when the Bosch washing machine/dryer developed problems and I was happy to support a local business. If you are looking for a new kitchen in the South West London area do visit the showroom.

I would highly recommend London Koncept to anyone looking for a quality kitchen at a very competitive price. Shaff was fantastic from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable and designed our kitchen with creativity, practical ideas, and great attention to detail. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and compares very favourably with other suppliers we looked at, especially considering the reasonable pricing for a German kitchen. Throughout the entire process, Shaff kept us fully informed, from ordering and delivery through to installation and completion. His communication and customer service were outstanding, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The finished result exceeded our expectations and was well worth the wait. Thank you, Shaff, and the team at London Koncept for providing such a professional and fantastic service. ::: A genuine 5-star experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just wanted to thank the team at London Koncepts in particular Shaf, who made it happen so smoothly. We had gone to a few other places but the experience of Shaf’s was second to none, he made suggestions that we had not considered. From design, delivery and fitting was so stress free. I can not thank the whole team enough. THANK YOU GUYS.

We previously used London Koncepts (Shaf) for our last property and were very happy with the result, which is why we decided to be repeat customers. Unfortunately, this experience has been the complete opposite. From the start, measurements were wrong, leading to units that had to be scrapped. Several units arrived damaged, and we still don’t have a fully working kitchen, despite starting the project back in March. Communication was inconsistent throughout — we were constantly chasing for updates and never received proper invoices despite asking multiple times. In the end, we decided to call it a day and are now finishing the kitchen with another company who specialises in the same German brand. The level of stress, time, and additional expense this caused has been immense. There were also extra charges for basic things (not pre discussed or invoiced for) like cutting socket holes into a breakfast bar — something our builders thankfully handled for us, but I can’t imagine how someone without a renovation team would have coped. The glass for the breakfast bar didn’t fit and had to be reordered, and a bin unit was incorrectly ordered even though it had been clearly discussed and agreed. This whole process has been exhausting, expensive, and draining. It’s a real shame, as Shaf once delivered excellent work for us — but something has gone very wrong, and I think he needs to reconsider whether he still wants to be in the kitchen business. We still have no complete kitchen 8 months later.

So happy I chose London Koncepts for my new kitchen! The design process and ordering of our new kitchen was so easy and straightforward with Shaf, who was very helpful and professional, he made the process so easy for us and turned our dream kitchen into a reality! My kitchen was fitted within our timeframe and looks absolutely incredible thanks to our fitters, Lukasz and Karol. We have recommended London Koncepts to all who have complimented our new kitchen and highly recommended to everyone!

We have just had a new kitchen fitted by London Koncepts and we’re really happy with both the quality of the kitchen and the service we received from Shaf. We chose our units from the Next 125 range and Shaf helped us design the perfect kitchen to suit our needs. We’re quite particular (fussy!), but Shaf listened patiently to all of our odd little requests and suggested sensible changes that would make it really bespoke. He was incredibly accommodating and found a way to incorporate everything we asked for. The units themselves are extremely high quality, beautifully made and very solid, and the layout works perfectly. This is not the first kitchen Shaf has designed for us and we had no regrets in going back to him again. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants a seriously classy kitchen and top-notch service. Thank you Shaf!
