The business offers free home measure, bespoke kitchen design, appliance packages, free home delivery, fitting packages, and contract specialist services.

Fitted kitchens, bedroom furniture, bars, boot rooms, laundry rooms, pantries and morning rooms feature among the projects customers describe in Cardiff. A detail many reviews return to is the strength of the design consultations, where layouts are talked through and accessories suggested to make fuller use of the available space. The director, Kelvin Daley, is named for his friendly and welcoming approach and for the experience he brings to those discussions, while Liz is linked to a client project and Kevin is thanked for his assistance.

More than one review highlights the standard of the finished result, describing kitchens as both functional and attractive and the products as high in quality. Questions arising during fitting are said to have been answered promptly, and the team is portrayed as supportive from early design conversations through to completion. The range of ideas offered for individual schemes and the fair pricing attached to the work also earn praise. Staff are characterised as knowledgeable and attentive, and customers report satisfaction with the craftsmanship, the product and the service that surrounded it, including a kitchen still performing well a year after installation.
