Love our new kitchen from KDS! We decided to keep all the appliances and replace all the units and sink. Firstly, Andy came out to design and it was because of his visit that we decided to go with this company. He had a lovely manner! Mike came out on the 1st day and put us at ease, explaining what was going to happen and making sure that all the new units were delivered safely. He also tied up all the loose ends and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction once the kitchen had been fitted. Nothing was too much trouble for him! A true gentleman! All the old units were collected and taken away promptly. Wayne and Nick, the fitters, did a fantastic job at fitting the units to perfection. Andy said we’d be impressed with their workmanship and he wasn’t wrong! Two very talented guys who were friendly and courteous! Pete the tiler was again a very talented and lovely guy! Very amicable and again amazing at his craft! We found all the workmen trustworthy and we didn’t hesitate to go out, leave them to their work and leave them a key to lock up when they’d finished. We did have a few hiccups along the way but Andy assured us that everything would be sorted to our satisfaction and we wouldn’t be abandoned with any unsolved issues. He was true to his word about that. Even after we’d paid all our money Mike came out to do all the tweaking that needed doing and also replaced doors that weren’t perfect! We honestly couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen! Included are photos of before and after.

Our first experience was when Andy that came and measured up etc was a real nice chap nothing too much trouble or so we thought. We ordered two bathrooms and a kitchen, we thought a company local with their own workforce would be perfect. So before this review gets deleted as I know it will the following work has never been completed. Bath taps not straight, the plumber said it was the manufacturer had not fitted enough wood in that part of the bath, he the plumber will take it up with the company that makes the baths. “Yes alright” Water runs very slow out from the bath when draining, something must be wrong there. The hot water tap runs very slowly taking ages to fill the bath. Both toilets are at times, just like as they are right now, water running continuously, the cold water system has been switched off in our house now for over 24 hours. Every time you switch the mains back on the toilet just keeps pouring water into the bowl. Both toilets the seats are loose and can’t be adjusted without physically removing the toilet so Mike their maintenance man told me about 7 months ago now, the screws just keep spinning, what a ridiculous design that is. I personally replaced the shower in the en-suite to prevent my grandchildren, let alone us, from being scolded as the thermostat didn’t work and poured out nearly boiling water. No response from KDS just like normal. The bath we paid extra for as it is supposed to stay warmer longer, you can’t get enough water in it to even have a bath, don’t waste your money being talked into that like we did. The tiles on the side of the bath are coming away, I have no idea why as it has only been used twice in 3 years and why tiles on the side of the bath, what happens like now when you have an issue you have to take all the tiles off to get into a leak or whatever. Some repairs have been done satisfactorily ish, but the job has never been signed off, not by me or my partner anyway. When we placed our order we only found out the day before any delivery, you had to pay up front money was demanded or work would not commence. It’s obvious the reason being so you couldn’t hold any money back to get work finished properly. I believe someone who won’t be mentioned went to court for this, and that practice thank goodness no longer exists. I don’t want any compensation I just want a completed job that we paid very highly for, no 50% off kitchens or bathrooms like now just a quality product that we never got. Anyone wishing to see what I’m talking about please get in touch and I will show you with pleasure. This review is 110% genuine, I’m still waiting Andy since before Christmas 2024 let alone 2025, I have never written a bad review ever, this is not like me. Don’t fall into the same trap as we did, go somewhere else like Wicks. I also have loads of photographs and videos should anyone wish to see them, I can’t ploughed through them all now to put on this review, but I have them safe and sound.

KDS removed my old bathroom and put in a new one. I am very happy with it, Mark and Craig did an amazing job, especially considering i have an awkward concrete house rather than traditional brick. Price was good and turnaround was very quick with as little disruption as possible and everyone was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that i got what i wanted. KDS have just replaced and completely upgraded our ensuite and main family bathroom. Andy came round initially and gave us a design concept, a few days later he came again with a 3D computer image so we could see it 'in real time'. The design was good and the price too, so we went ahead. The work and plumbing involved was not for the faint hearted, but Mark and Craig took it on full steam. They worked so hard over the 2 week transformation, the rooms are no longer recognisable to how they were before. It was a pleasure to have the guys in the house, I would definitely recommend them . Really impressed with our new bathroom by the whole KDS team! Andy was the only designer to come up with new ideas which swung it for us. Mark and Craig were great! Clean and efficient and made a great job of fitting. Ian the electrician and Rob the floor guy did a great job of liaising with each other for the under floor heating and everything came together beautifully. Will be recommending KDS in the future!

Really impressed and happy with the service at KDS from design and consultation from Andy to the work done by Mark, Craig, and Rob in fitting, tiling, and flooring. They worked effectively and quickly on turning an old bathroom left on its last legs into a modern, clean, and sleek place we really love the look of. Throughout communication from the team was quick and clear, with Craig and Mark in particular talking us through every step they were taking, and where changes were needed they explained why and what could be done. Five-star work all around!

I am throughly impressed and absolutely love my new bathroom. My bathroom is quite small, this was designed to perfection. It now looks much bigger and I have so much storage. The design and work has been brilliant. Andy and the fitters Mark and Craig, were top blokes who made sure they were tidy and efficient. I am really impressed!
