JD Bathrooms And Kitchens Ltd

It has been a pleasure dealing with the friendly , reliable and capable team at JD bathrooms and kitchens. They have just finished a complete refit of my small bathroom and I'm very pleased with it. All the team were friendly and helpful and really listened to what I was wanting. Special shout out to Kieran who was endlessly patient and obliging as I explored various layouts. Also to main fitter Richard who did an careful and expert job.

Brilliant service - a series of a few quick meetings to hone in what we wanted and help pointing us to tile/fittings shops which made it easier to not get blinded by the choice! this came with full costings at each stage and 3d renders so we knew what we were getting. On site they were excellent to work with and coordinated everything - plasterers /painters /electricians and one super dedicated fitter. Snags were very minor and anything needing deciding, or tweaking as we went on (small bathroom in old cottage so lots of potential issues with old wiring/ floorboards!), was dealt with quickly and with clarity. Strong recommend!

I am happy to recommend Kieran and the whole team at JD Bathrooms without hesitation or reservation. We initially approached them for a new bathroom quote and immediately felt that we had found the right place. From the initial contact, nothing was too much trouble, we were taken through the process step by step and all the various options for fixtures and fittings were explained to us, and at no time were we 'sold' anything, it was just good honest advice based on years of experience and knowing what works well. We couldn't be more happy with the result. Our 30 year old bathroom was looking very tired, and the process of starting again from scratch seemed a bit scary to us at first, but we needn't have worried, as the team were great, they clearly all know their stuff and were happy to explain what they had planned each day, and then checked with me for any details they needed, including offering their advice based on what works well. We even changed the spec and asked for a few extras along the way, and the team couldn't have been more accommodating to fit that in as well. At the end of every day, everything was tidied away, and left ready for the next day, no fuss and no mess. The end result is a modern bathroom that looks fantastic, the attention to detail and finish is exactly what I was hoping for. And, as others have said, the fact that the whole process was managed from start to finish was brilliant.

We had our cloakroom refitted into a shower room by these guys. The workmanship and finish is excellent. We had a few problems but these were promptly resolved. Very happy with the work and nice group of people to deal with.

JD bathrooms redesigned my bathroom to replace my bath with a shower and put in new flooring with underfloor heating. I am absolutely thrilled with the result. The team worked seamlessly and responded instantly to any issues. I can’t thank them enough.

We were impressed with JD Bathrooms from start to finish and would recommend them without hesitation. We upgraded several bathrooms at our home. They are now looking great and a pleasure to use, thanks to Dale and his team. The design process and decisions about materials was easy thanks to Dales input. Dale also project managed the works and his communication throughout was excellent. He kept us fully informed of the work schedule and always let us know in good time if adjustments had to be made. Richard did most of the work at our house. He was friendly, trustworthy and clearly has a wealth of experience. Not only did he create beautiful bathrooms but he also resolved some historical plumbing issues with minimal disruption. The team all worked really well together and as such it was a pleasure to have them in my home. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I rarely write reviews but JD Kitchens were so exceptional that I wanted to do so. We had a total kitchen re-design and fit in a somewhat complicated old property. JD provided a complete service, including kitchen design and fitting (obviously), plumbing and heating, electrics, decorating. Every single member of the team was outstanding and clearly took immense pride in doing the highest-quality work. Every problem that arose was treated as a challenge to overcome in order to get the best possible end result and everyone paid great attention to the smallest details. There is clearly a fantastic culture in the team. In addition to their knowledge and skill, they were patient, friendly and tidy. I honestly can't imagine a better experience with a big project like this. I chose JD in part because of the glowing reviews and found that they are entirely accurate. I can also now recommend JD without reservation...
