J Kitchens & Joinery

We recently had J Kitchens fit our new kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From our very first conversation with Jack, we knew he was the right person for the job. We chose our kitchen from UK Kitchens, which I would also highly recommend, and Jack’s knowledge and expertise were invaluable throughout the whole process. He really listened to what we wanted and asked thoughtful questions that we would never have even considered. His attention to detail ensured every aspect of the kitchen was finished to an exceptionally high standard. Jack and his team were friendly, approachable and a pleasure to have in our home. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they kept us informed every step of the way. Jack is professional, kind, reliable and incredibly skilled at what he does. The quality of his workmanship is outstanding, and it’s clear he takes great pride in his work. We absolutely love our new kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend J Kitchens to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen fitter. Thank you, Jack and the team, for doing such an amazing job!

Jack and his team recently fitted our kitchen, flooring and skirting. Both Jack and his team are very attentive and professional at their job. Upon completion of the kitchen they also boxed in a gas meter that had been mentioned previously in the install at no extra charge. Would recommend them for future joinery works and kitchen works! Thanks Jack, Phil and Presley!

Jack is exactly who you want if you’re redoing your kitchen! He advised me on which worktops to buy, took out the old ones, installed the new ones, as well as a new sink, undersink filter and tap. He worked late and got the job done as he knew we were moving in early the next week. I can’t thank him enough. Professional, kind and highly skilled - highly recommend.

Jack and his company fitted my kitchen over the past few weeks I could not rate them highly enough, each step was explained to me in English. All were friendly and down to earth. They all worked really hard and Jack went above and beyond when the company I bought the kitchen from messed up, Jack stayed late to get us back on track. Highly recommended I would certainly use Jack again.

I can not recommend J kitchens & Joinery enough. They did an amazing job, fitting my staircase in quick time & to the highest standard. Outstanding service & have recommended them to family & friends.

I would highly reccomend J Kitchens & Joinery. Their attention to detail is second to none. Trustworthy, reliable and tidy. My new solid oak internal doors which they fitted have really finished off my renovation.

Jack transformed my kitchen from a barebones vision into a beautifully finished, functional space that feels both modern and deeply personal. From the first day on site, his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and calm professionalism stood out. The building phase of my kitchen renovation was handled with care, precision, and a clear respect for the space. From the early stages of plastering and electrical prep to the final touches on flooring and lighting, the team worked methodically and kept the site clean and organized throughout. Walls were stripped back and rebuilt with fresh plaster, wiring was rerouted with future-proofing in mind, and the flooring was expertly levelled to support cabinetry and appliances. Even the trickier elements—like boiler relocation, structural adjustments, and integrating new plumbing—were approached with calm professionalism and clear communication. What stood out most was the coordination between trades. Jack’s joinery was seamlessly integrated with the broader building work, and every stage felt like part of a cohesive plan rather than a patchwork of tasks.  The cabinetry was installed with precision, and  handled with care. The result is a kitchen that feels solid, intentional, and beautifully finished. What impressed me most was Jack's ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the project. Whether it was navigating tricky walls, aligning cabinetry with laser precision, or coordinating with other trades, Jack remained steady, communicative, and solutions-focused throughout. The before-and-after speaks for itself: what was once a poorly designed space is now a kitchen I love spending time in. If you're looking for a joiner who combines  technical skill with genuine pride in his work, Jack is the one. He also handled my perfectionist stress head partner with kindness and the sort of calm that deserves a medal!
