Ive recently moved and had a log burner fitted. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family, the whole process from start to finish was 5 stars. Monair and Jacob in the showroom were helpful, professional, friendly and explained everything. The fitting was exactly the same, Mathew and Callum were tidy, professional, friendly and explained everything on aftercare and how to use the log burner.

We have recently had a new log burner installed in our snug, replacing an old, useless gas fire. We worked with Becky in the York showroom and the install team were Tom and Matty. They were all professional and knowledgeable and we were pleased to have Tom and Matty in the house! It was a tricky job but it was carried out to a high standard and we are delighted with the result. The room has been transformed. Would happily recommend.

We recently purchased a log burning stove for our home and the experience with the installator Tom and his colleague was outstanding. From the very beginning, the team provided exceptional service. Becky, who assisted us in selecting the right type of stove, hearth, brick slips and oak beam went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our choice and provided valuable advice throughout the process. Kyle, who conducted the site survey visit, was knowledgeable and checked all aspects prior to the installation. The installation team worked diligently to remove an heavy old fire surround before enlarging and preparing the opening for the new stove, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to getting the job done right. Now, after a couple of evenings enjoying our new log burning stove, we are thrilled with the results. It has become the centerpiece of our home, providing warmth and ambiance during the cooler nights. We are grateful to the team for their outstanding service and expertise in helping us choose and install our log burner.
