We first contacted Hammonds and booked our installation in January. The job was finally scheduled for June and we were told it would take around 6 hours to complete a small job. At no point during the sales process were we informed there would be a six-month wait for installation. To make matters worse, the fitter has now left without finishing the job and said someone will need to come back in about two weeks to complete it. Do not use Hammonds. The entire process has been frustrating, poorly communicated, and completely unprofessional.
Visited the showroom in the past week. Mina was very helpful. The craftsmanship is absolutely stunning and I can't wait for my journey for my house makeover.
Visited Hammonds Showroom at the Metro Centre Gateshead . Recieved excellent impartial and helpful advice with great customer focus from Laura and Sonia . Laura was exceptionally pleasant and efficient and gently guided us to make choices. The showroom is very well stocked and beautifully presented with many different styles . One minor suggestion would be to have the name of each range clearly displayed as there are so many to view .
The team at Hammonds have been absolutely amazing. I initially spoke to Mina who was super friendly, welcoming and informative. She explained the process and arranged for a designer to visit my home. The designer did an amazing job of bringing my vision together. My wardrobes were fitted last week and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I absolutely love them! In a day and age where quality, workmanship, knowledge and professionalism is difficult to find, Hammonds outshine the rest. Thankyou once again!
Hands down the most helpful store I have been to and couldn’t recommend it enough for anyone needing fitted furniture. My house renovation journey has been a stressful one but after visiting this store and meeting the amazing staff, Mina, Sonia and Laura I can finally breathe. They went above and beyond to help me achieve the look I wanted. They actually cared which is so rare to find. If anyone else is like me and finds these things stressful than do come visit this store you’ll be amazed.
Visited the showroom today after a great home visit with Ryan Smith the previous week. I’d already accepted my design but needed to choose handles. Lovely welcome by Laura who was very friendly and informative. The showroom is stunning and would recommend anyone looking for fitted furniture to pay a visit.
Visited the showroom following on from a home visit. The showroom is stunning and really showcases their beautiful wardrobes. The staff were really friendly, showing me some ideas to consider. If you're ever in the market for bedroom furniture or storage solutions I would highly recommend Hammonds.
