Unprofessional service very rude I booked in excited to get wardrobes for our home waited home nobody showed up. Then hours later had numerous voicemails and calls which were unsettling. To be nice I rebooked and then they cancelled the appointment agian and sent rude emails. Such a shame & waste of time .
Visited the showroom and found Helen to be welcoming and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and we look forward to the upcoming home appointment.
Popped into the Hedge end showroom - it’s huge and stunning!! Great inspiration for ideas - Helen was very friendly and helpful. The Nursery room was gorgeous - so beautiful 💜
Having ordered with our at home sales representative Alan, I popped into the Hedge End showroom to see colours and handles “in the flesh”. Anita helped me & she was fabulous - showing me colours & combinations. So far, the Hammonds service has been great. Alan has a flair for design, colour and listened to our requirements. He was good humoured and quick to turn around a design and prices (lower than we’d anticipated, which was a bonus!). Anita in the showroom followed suit - she knew the ranges inside out and despite me having already ordered, she was patient and willing to spend time with me, I can’t wait for our survey & fitting!!
Very helpful visit to the showroom, to see lots of displays, and clarify the choices I made at my home visit with Designer Helen. Definitely worth calling at the showroom, where Store Manager Helen was very knowledgable, and showed me a range of additional selections. Thankyou.
Fantastic service. Helen arranged everything to get a designer to visit. Alan, the designer was brilliant. We were putting together shelving and storage designs for three different rooms in an apartment. He was super patient polite and professional dealing with my elderly Mother. We are pleased with the designs and can’t wait for the installation!
What an incredible showroom; had the designer round one day, went and checked the design in the showroom the next and ordered that evening! Helen & Nicola were extremely helpful and really friendly! This showroom is incredibly impressive; it’s huge! If you haven’t seen it yet and are thinking of Hammonds, go and have a look!
